Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I ordered on a Sunday and it said 5 days to get my breaks and it was 10 days before I got them.
Not happy about that.

Replacing exhaust
Well they are in and we shall see how long they hold up. Overall they appeared to be pretty decent, did notice that the rear cam shoe is a tight fit in the cam shoe tool, took some playing with but I got it in. I did feel like the price was a little high but everyone knows HD stands for hundreds of dollars 😂

Statement of next day shipping is not always true. Some of the items are shipped direct and others from different warehouses. When it is shipped USPS you can wait more than 10 days to receive your items.

The baffles required were not in stock, so they suggested shipping them from another store to the hotel where I was staying, ensuring delivery would be made before the end of my vacation.

The UK are introducing new sound laws for motorcycles, so quiet baffles were needed to meet the sound requirements.
Overall site layout is friendly on computer and mobile. Parts are all reasonably priced for current market. Shipping of multiple items could do with some additional care when in regards to heavy and bulky items smashing smaller more delicate items when boxed together.

Bought this for my 97 Heritage Springer. If fit perfect and I am very happy with the service and shipping experience I got from J&P Cycles.
I first looked at Motherwell Products and they were out of stock. I’ve known of J&P Cycles for years so I thought I would check and sure enough they had it in stock.
Seen this product on several bikes on Facebook and it was recommended.
This battery is supposed to be a direct replacement. It is except for the negative cable. The cable has a 90 degree end and because of the cable size and the inset on the battery terminal it wouldn't fit. Bent it to a 45 degree angle all is good.
I have bought from them e few times without any issues. That means alot to me.
I wanted a few more cc amps than the stock battery.

Product is overrated. There are discolorations in the paint used on the risers and they do not cover the handlebar tension area the same as stock. I'm keeping the risers but not overall satisfied with the product. I expected more.
I had no issues whatsoever. The site was easily navigated, the choices were endless, and I had no problems paying out. All and all I would recommend to anyone needing specific parts for DIY applications. Perfect!

There should have been a rubber mounting gasket to fill the space between the light and fender I filled it with silicone but that is not the way to have to cobble it up to make it work

The reason that I order from J&P, is because they ALWAYS deliver my purchases within a 7 day time frame. The merchandise is ALWAYS the quality that I expect to get, and the fitment, as well. I recently purchased an aftermarket fairing, quick release mounts, and wind deflector, all from Memphis Shades, for my 1997 Road King. It took me no more that 40 minutes to install. Everything fit as it should.
I have purchased from J&P before this most recent time, and have always been satisfied with my purchase, and satisfied with the delivery frame time, from them.
I chose Memphis Shades, because I knew they had a good product, at a reasonable price.

Neither Drag Specialties nor JP Cycles noted in their description special discovery parts were needed.
I called the customer service number to report the damaged lens. The associate apologized for the part arriving damaged, and had a replacement sent the next day. Very Good Customer Service!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
