Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
So far so good ride a little hard but rear is 2.5 inches lower no handling issues.
J&P Cycles processed the order quickly. However, I don't really see any difference in the lean angle of the bike after installing the replacement extended Jiffy Stand. That was the only reason I purchased it.

I opened up the box for the fuel tank I ordered which was suppose to come with all the internal parts. All the parts where just thrown in the box. Looks like this item was returned at some point? I do i know if this is all going to work until i install it. Then if i install it and it dont work i can t return?
The bags were a little smaller than the Harley bags I had but they do the job.

Price and availability
I ordered 6 items and after billing my card they told me they didn't have 2 items but sent the other 4 items and I have never received my refund or my 10 store credit they said they would give me for the inconvenience
The two day shipping did not happen. Ordered tires on Friday and didn't arrive till Thursday afternoon.

I needed the items ordered today to perform regular preventive maintenance on my 49 year old Harley-Davidson.
I ordered a front and rear tube, one of each, and received one rear and a case of six front tubes.
Great deal huh? I called the company and told them about the mistake. Someone in shipping probably saw the part number and thought it was for one item, not six. About a $150.00 mistake in my favor, but I was honest about it and shipped the extra five back to them. They gave me a $50.00 account credit, which I thought was very generous.
Billy helped me with the mix-up on the extra tubes and their return. Great customer service.
Availability and price.
I've had good luck with the heavy-duty Michelin tubes. I also back them up with the Ride On tire sealant. Can't be too careful on the backroads when you're out in the middle of the boonies.

My experience was very easy ordering the parts and delegating my money the problem is you use two different shippers and it came from two different warehouses I bought and paid on the same day and schedule things to be worked on on a certain day according to the delivery dates of the shipping company well two of my five pieces got shipped here and was got here like eight days later than the other package I don't really like using a two company tracking program I really would prefer from my items to be shipped by one carrier only I don't want to go by the brown UPS then come to my post office for 5 to 7 days then be tracked by the United States postal service that's the only thing I would change that was my worst part of my experience and for the simple fact of the matter when I called everybody at j&p cycles no one really had an answer for me I could not get a hold of the other shipping company by phone had to show up there in person and he still couldn't tell me anything so it was a hassle to find out where my other two pieces went it really was and I wish you could fix that cuz that is going to deter my purchases from your company because it was entirely way too long of a wait for me to get the parts
Yet again this goes back to that two company shipping ordeal no one that I called and talked to at the j&p cycle company could tell me where my package or product was authena can tell me is it was shipped and it was with one of the two carriers
I chose JP cycles because they was the most reasonable price for my product I was needing
They were priced in my price range j&p cycles was the most reasonable person to buy the parts from
The part I ordered didn't fit not the first time this happened won't be buy from you anymore

Need to read closely there is a return charge for parts even if they say it fits and it doesn't. So if the part is $20 and they charging you $9 for a return pretty much half of it it's gone.first buyer won't use again.

I ordered to the incorrect address and customer support did all the heavy lifting in submitting a return to sender order to the package handler and they reordered my stuff and had it sent to my proper address. Timely and professional!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
