Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I'm curious why they don't come with bolts? Not a huge issue but it may have made it a bit easier on me.

The bars I purchased were to big for their britches
I needed some tires, tubes and rim straps. They had what I wanted at good prices. They weren't shipped together, which was fine, but it would have been nice if they would have told me that were going to ship that way.

Fit nicely in the bags of my 2019 Road Glide. They don't fit tight which allow room to pack a few things I want to leave in the bike around & under them.

Had just what I needed on sale.
I had ordered 5 quarts of oil and it came in a 3' x 1.5' x 1.5' box. By the time the delivery arrived 2 of the 5 quarts had bounced around enough to loosen the caps and leak and get oil everywhere. A bit of a mess and a lesson to not order oil again.

Found the replacement windshield for my bike and ordered it. Delivery came much sooner than I expected which made me happy. I was able to get it on my bike with ease and J&P Cycle did it again for me when I ordered a tool roll set. Delivery was sooner than I expected and everything was there in the order and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks J&P I'll definitely come back when I need things for my bikes. Spring, TX

This is the first time I had any problem with an order. I only received the rear tire for my bike when I had ordered both front and rear. Kim was very helpful getting the issue resolved. I received the front tire three days after the initial phone call.
I called letting them know I only received the rear tire even though I had ordered both. I sent in photos of the shipping labels and both sides of the tire. Three days after the initial phone call my front tire arrived.
They have great parts at reasonable prices and fast shipping.
Well hopefully they will preform as good as they look and they look like a very durable aggressive tire.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my Bassani exhaust came. Pretty sure I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered by Wednesday. No special shipping methods just the standard shipping. Also very pleased with how the new exhaust sounds.

Originally wanted a full exhaust system, however, being that the bike is new I went with the slip on as to not void the warranty on the original headers. Very pleased with my choice.

Carburetor on boyfriend's Harley needed rebuilt.
This company was awesome. Even after PayPal screwed up the address this company helped fix it and still got me my parts with in a few days. The sweeper exhaust looks amazing and sounds awesome on my Harley. Thank you.
So PayPal updates the address for shipping and I didn't know this. I ordered at 615 am and realized that night but they already shipped. J&P CYCLES got ups to return them and they sent out a new exhaust to the right address.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
