Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I don't have 50 words to describe everything so please quit asking me stupid f****** questions

The rear seat had to be modified to accommodate the backrest. Good product that is made well but doesn't fit the stock seat as advertised.

The shopping was really good, the parts were all there but the alignment was not good, I had the file the opening to allow the last bolt to align with the inner support bracket, I suggest a better quality control will resolve this. Installed and looks great
Purchase brake pads, disc and bracket. Pads and disc were as described and arrived quickly via strange shipping. Bracket is just wrong from the manufacturer? Not J&P's fault. I have yet to contact them about it… Oh, J&P, while I've got you.

Ordered a saddleman seat for my 2010 harley davidson wide glide. I love the new seat! Definitely a upgrade from the stock seat! Everything was done in a timely manner from the order being processed to it being shipped! I even got my new seat a day earlier than expected! 10/10 will definitely be doing more buisness.

Fast service and notification of progress. I would recommend reviewing of quality control of packers. No care in wrapping of Fender or parts. No damage but loose fender did break tape on box. A little care on your end could prevent damage return or lost product

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
