Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
You were able to supply the parts I needed when nobody else was able to get them.Even Amazon could`nt get them.

While browsing through J & P Cycle's online site I noticed a "COOL" gas cap for my Sportster, it was a really good price, so I ordered one. I figured it would take a week to arrive, However, It was in my mailbox just 3 days later. I put it on my bike that day and boy does it look great! I am VERY pleased with my purchase and YES I will order from J. & P. Again!

They look good now that I have them installed. They were a little difficult to install they didn't fit into the socket very well had to do a little improvising to get them to fit properly! But pleased with the look!

I needed a new helmet and I wanted it to be very visible to thwart the folks who do not see motorcycles. The Shoei Winsome did the trick! But my size was not available at Daytona Speedway at Bikeweek and the winsome was not available in the J&P store! It was quickly ordered on line by a salesperson and arrived before I got home!
They had Shoei and several other helmets and had a stand at the Daytona International during bikeweek.

Brackets were too narrow to get a nut in so had to use a carriage bolt to attach to my bike.

I ordered a new ignition switch from my local dealer. Five months later the wrong one arrived. They corrected the order and tried again. Still haven't heard from them. Weird. Ordered one from J&P and it arrived in a week. Monday I will install and be back on the road. Thanks.

Fuel line was as described. And it came within a few days. I'm happy with it. It'll be a few years before I can attest to the quality. But looked good.

I looked up what I was looking for, found it and ordered it, it's that easy, no problem. Item came in reasonable time and packed so no damage would destroy it, nice job, keep up the good work. I'll be ordering exhaust pipes soon just have to make up mind on which one.

For the most part of my experience with j&p cycles it has been good, I did not like that the mufflers was returned by the shippers and I was not notified or contacted to ask why I did not receive them.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
