Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Altough these wind buffers were not made for the heritage classic 2023 all I had to do was get a hole
Drilled in the proper place and they fit nicely. They work perfectly, they nullify the air that normally comes up from under the windshield and into my eyes and riding glasses. They are perfect, what a pleasure to not have my eyes watering because of the wind buffetting. Hopefully they will soon make a pair with the proper hole placement, but until they do these work great.

I had an old pair for a 2000 ultra classic that I modified for my bike in the states and they worked great, so I bought a new pair for the Heritage Classic I have in Canada.
We have struggled to find a reliable source for parts for our older Harley. We are so grateful to have found a trusted and reliable source to continue with our project!
My husband had been in one of the physical stores years ago and searched online and found the JP Cycles website
Searched through until we found the part we needed
Once I learned the search by vehicle, the search was pretty simple! I ordered a seat for 2008 Electra Glide and it arrived earlier than promised. The seat fit the bike well and looks great, it set me back about 2.25" further from the bars and made all the difference in the world.

Everything came fast but don't get the hog workz billet roadglide windscreen trim absolutely horrible paper thin and doesn't Lin up at all

Contacted customer service. Answered some questions in writing and supplied picture of battery. CS issued a store credit and I ordered a comparable AGM battery but one that I added the acid rather than factory charged. This ensured freshness and solved the problem.

As heavy duty replacements as possible since I was doing the work myself. Clutch plates, starter bendix, bendix fork and all seals.

Never did get 10 percent off helmet locks work as expected popsicle pegs look good but will not stay folded up had to put nylon washer between stand off and peg body to fix that

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
