Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I'm happy with the product and happy the bars weren't damaged considering how the box looked when I received it. The delivery service you use needs to do better

had me take a bunch of photos then sent me to a tech who never seen them and was clueless as to how to install the tensioner but tried to act like he did.

I ordered my parts on the 3rd of March and didn't get them till the 15th. I didn't even get a confirmation of shipping till the 10th and that was after I called to see where my order was in processing. These were not large parts. They were delivered in regular mail.
Called to find out where my order was. Was told a supervisor had to look into it and I would be notified of its status by email. Got an email 2 days later of shipment. I feel had I not called I’d still be waiting on my parts.

I ordered a new rear tire for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I placed my order on Monday morning and the tire shipped by Monday afternoon and arrived by noon on Tuesday. Absolutely phenomenal shipping and had the tire I needed in stock.

So annually I spend some of that good ol tax refund on motorcycle parts. When I replace I usually look to upgrade and on a 25 year old Harley Sportster as a canvas your options are many. So this year brakes were on the need list as pads are worn. I looked and found Performance Machine makes a bolt on replacement. The J&P cycle site shows it should fit but to be sure I used the chat box. Their rep responded quickly. Gave the specifics of my model and was told it will fit so I committed to an expensive purchase based on their fitment advice. The shiny new 4 piston brake caliper arrived and I proceeded to test fit. As the pads slid over the brake rotor, the back of the caliper hit the spokes. Turns out it does not fit and their chat bot was wrong. Now I have to deduct from my refund to ship it back to them having made the purchase at their bot's recommendation which is lame. Turns out I need 1219-0017-P as it has a bracket and is a thinner caliper to clear spoked wheels for $490.00.
Now for the rest of my order of rear brake pads, clutch lever anti rattle clip, jiffy stand spring, and primary oil were all correct, however those are standard parts I've serviced before and knew they would fit.
I've watched many of their videos on YouTube and saw the Performance Machine calipers mentioned.
I needed new front brakes and wanted to upgrade in the process. Your chat bot part advisor said it would fit my make and model of Sportster, however it doesn't as my motorcycle has spoked wheels not cast.

On my 2019 HD softail slim I some V&H twin slash slipons plus an Arlen Ness big sucker air filter. Wanted to be sure everything was up to par and placed an order from J&P for a Vance&Hines FP 4 tuner. It was delivered 3 days earlier the expected and installed the first map. Very easy to install. Thanks J&P.
Many bikers I know have used J&P Cycles and I jumped on the bandwagon buying from them without any regrets.
After seeing many of the products installed on U Tube, went for it.
I've been going through hell trying to find a riding jacket that fits. I normally wear a 4xl. I've bout 5xl from other companies and they are both small as $#*!. Finally J AND P asked the right questions to find out exactly what size jacket to buy... apparently it's a 7x... but it fits like a dam glove...
I will be buying the riding hoodie next...

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
