Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

This experience has SUCKED they shipped me a part with a diffrent skew number and diffrent then pictured on website and in my order. The part did not fit. I had to cut metal off and bend metal to kindof make it work. Customer service just told me the part I received was the correct part for my bike and quit communicating when I sent them a picture of the part and skew I received verses the part shown in my invoice / website.
After I told them it was the wrong part and in no way shape or form would it fit. And sent pick of the diffrent part and skew number received verses the part skew shown on my invoice they just quit communicating. Very very very disappointed. Especially after the last debocal where you just shipped the defective part right back to me. And then just jumped to blaming my bike for a fault and made me do 10 hours work too take entire bike apart unloom harness and inspect wiring. I even setup an off bike bench test that showed the same results so clearly not a bike issue. For a place to have that little quality control where they reship a defective part is UNACCEPTABLE

Pretty good. But last time was PURE HELL so we will see how it goes this time. You have got to get off that crap mail invations service. I didnt even get the 2nd store credit I was told they were applying to my account.

My experience was light years better then at parts giant where I just came from after being berated by there customer service.
Need part to 100% this bike restore for inspection. Went to compedator and they totally screwed me over and told me it was my fault berated me and didnt honner there 100% fitment Garontee
After an easy install, these pegs looks great on the Lowrider S, and feel nice and stable.

This was my first time shopping for and buying gear. I was impressed with the delivery speed, and surprised by the quality of the gear. I'm very happy, and my new helmet is so cool.
After a lot of shopping around, I found the styles that J&P Cycles carries were more fit to what I was searching for than any other gear company.
I liked the slick look of the helmet, and versatility of the jacket for summer riding vs winter riding.
I looked for a fuel tank emblem and this came up. When it arrived it was for a flat surface.
I have purchased a lot from J&P

Was fast and easy...my perchace came sooner than expected and is of the highest quality way better than the factory all I got was a motor mount for a dyna...but if y'all know dynas that mount is life or death thank you j.p cycle...

This product the plug does not plug in correctly, if I can switch pin location it would work. And your web site says you won't accept electrical returns if box has been opened. But how am I supposed to know about the plug if I don't open the box?

My experience with jp cycles was good I found exactly what I needed easily and quickly honestly there is nothing to complain about shipping was about a little less then a week
They had everything I was looking for
My harley had a derby cover that was scratched and had a design I wasn't a fan of and all 3 fluid gaskets were blown
The website never asked me for my discount code hence no 10% discount

Quality and price
I ordered 4 lifters DS1007 and one of them was too big in diameter, so it could not be installed. The product code was the same in all packages so the mistake was at CompCams. Had to order a new one, which is the right size finally. Unnecessary time, cost and effort spent to get it right.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
