Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Received the tire in a couple days, took 10 days to receive the tube and flap. Began to wonder if something happened to the order or shipping.
Wanted a OEM relacement tire.

Need parts to fix bike
Needed foot boards for my '08 Low Rider. They had a kit with all that was needed for installation. Kit arrived quickly and installed the same day. Great quality at a good price.
I placed an order that was an unintended duplicate . Contacted customer service, they sent a return label and refunded the amount quickly. Couldn't ask for better response.

My Low Rider only came with foot pegs and I like more support on my rides. J&P had what I needed in a complete kit.
I ordered pushrod cover seals, not an easy item to find. Seals came promptly, just as the order stated.

I bought this bracket cause I needed adjustability. The pic shows the mounting holes as "slotted" they are not. They are fixed holes therefore the bracket is useless for me. It seems well made….but again show an "actual" pic of said product.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
