Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Easy product search and happy your business carries this product. It took a lot of searching to get to this point of getting the filter I wanted.

I need to purchase you pistons for my bike. I went to jp cycle website, found the Pistons I needed and purchased. According to the website and marketed them as the set buy the title of the part as being "replacement Pistons with an s" and the picture showing Pistons side by side. When placing the order it asked me for quantity because of the picture and the description I assumed that it was buying the set so I put in quantity of one. When my order arrived there was only one piston in the Box. It pissed me off because I could have gone somewhere else and purchased the set for $10 more. When I called customer service basically they told me too bad. Last time I'm shopping with them

I needed my parts ASAP and paid the extra money for expedited shipping (2 day)and it arrived a week and a half later. I was very disappointed.

It was my first time ordering from this place. I order a rear and front tire plus added 69 bucks for next day delivery and after a week of not showing up I called them to complain. They stated that due to me being a first time ordering and because my purchase was 420 bucks the flagged my purchase until I called them. They stated they do this all the time to prevent theft. I wonder how they get repeated customers if the very first time someone orders they $#*! them around and hold their money hostage.
Ordered a mini speedometer for my Sportster. Was told it would fit, even ordered the adapter to be on the safe side. Received the parts, didn't fit. They screwed up and I was charged the return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

Needed a new windshield
I was looking for a replacement LED tail/stop light for my Road King. There were cheaper online retailers, but I wanted quality parts.
When I need some specific parts for my 05 Road King, I know they will have a large selection of the correct fitting parts. Shipping is fast and painless.
I wanted a stock look, not smoked lenses. This light had 56 small led lights rather than only a dozen or so. They’re bright and that was why I wanted the upgrade, to be better seen at night,
The worst online service I have experienced. J&P advertises item shipped in 3 to 5 business days, bs. My order was placed 7 days ago and I have only received one item. I have been lied to more than once by customer service which I found out because another customer rep told me that I was told that to get me off the phone. I have called everyday after the 5th day and its been one bs story after another. $750.00 order, never again. THE WORST!

Tried to buy a tire for my bike, found onsite, but when ordering, price jumped about $98.00. Called and got live help, he got same price and when put in cart price, jumped about $98.00. Other words, advertised for $177 and when put in cart was $275.00

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
