Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Great quality, fast service and the prices were in my budget
Good had 2 tires that Dunlop no longer makes but are kick $#*! and lightest one out there.

Unfortunately I placed an order with J&P prior to reading customer reviews. Misrepresented order ship dates: Took 3+weeks to receive when promised 1 week. Customer Service online was down. Customer Service phone was down. Finally got ahold of someone and they stated order had already shipped (not the case) and couldn't be cancelled. Got confirmation that it shipped 3 days after this conversation. Returned product and still have received refund.
Purchased multiple items. Each one packaged and delivered separately. While the first one was delivered in a few days, I still have not received the last one. J&P Package Tracking number was not working and when I emailed asking if they can tell me when the package was coming as I could not use the tracking system on their website, the response basically told me to use the tracking number. Ugh! From now on, I'll only use J&P if I cannot get my parts elsewhere.

I have been a semi-regular customer of J&P Cycles since 2004. This is my first bad experience. The packing, especially for an international delivery, was disgustingly poor! It's a miracle the products weren't damaged.
It was a sad day When J&P ceased belonging to the Parhams and became part of a conglomerate. This may be my last purchase.

I answered an open box and for a Mustang wide tripper solo seat and passenger seat. They only sent the passenger one which wasn't even pictured. Waited for a hour on hold twice. And was told I was wrong. Morons on their best day.

I ordered on Sunday at 7pm online and needed to make a change to the order. Called when they opened first thing Monday morning. The lady was super nice but said they couldn't do anything regarding the change to the order? Said it was in processing? Still didn't ship out for 4 days? Ridiculous policy! So if you order anything and need to change or cancel you have "seconds" her words to make changes and that's if it was ordered during working hours. I've done a lot of business here but have learned my lesson now. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Lady was nice but your company policy when ordering/changing or canceling an order is the most B.S. thing I've seen in awhile!

Dan, We do apologize for your frustration. We looked into your order and see you placed it on 10/1 and it was processed and shipped on 10/2. This can be the downside of getting orders processed and shipped quickly. When processing orders quickly and using automated systems the time allowed to cancel or modify can be narrow.
They offer quality products at fair prices for many models very easy to deal with and keep your knees in the breeze

I bought a used Harley that had less than quality workmanship done on it and I needed some parts and this was the first place I found them at an excellent price I will be dealing with them more often
Was notified that order was shipped. Not notified that it would be 2 shipments. Received 1 part in a week 2nd parts was 2 weeks.

I do apologize for your frustration. We ship from multiple warehouses. If all items are not located in the same warehouse your order will come in multiple packages. We do not want to delay the shipping by having all items sent to one warehouse and then shipped to you. We truly do it to expedite and take care of our customers as quickly as we can.
Ordered wrong tire for my bike and J&P cycle was prompt to send me a RMA to send back the wrong tire and sent the right tire immediatley, very happy with your service. Thank you

This company often advertises sale items that are not in stock, and haven't been in stock for weeks. Additionally, they will not allow you to order items that are not in stock so you can get the sale price when the item becomes available. Lastly, they do not offer rain checks on sale prices for items not in stock. Nobody in customer service can explain why they would list an item as being on sale when you can't even order it, or get a rain check. I have shopped J&P Cycles for the last time…

Ordered a relocation bracket for rear turn signal last week... still waiting. Finally decided to call and was told my order had been put on back log and I'll have to wait another 2-4 weeks... would have been nice to have been told prior to purchasing the item. Or at the least a courtesy EMail. Horrible service, never doing buisness with them ever again and definitely will spread the word in the MC world in this neck of the world..

I ordered the metzler to replace a worn out set of metzler they went ******* miles I really like these tires they handle and corner well and out last anything else I've tired. The order was a little weird everything ( tubes, rim liners, blanching beads) were all to ship in 24 hours and the tire in 2-4 days. The tires showed in 2 days and everything else took 4-6 days to dribble in came from all over the country but I received everything I ordered the tires are on the bike and I'm riding again so everything is good in my universe.

Ordered 2 tires it showed they shipped but they never made it to UPS. Called they don't have a clue what happed. Tells me it takes 2 weeks to get my money back. Don't waste your time with this company. Takes 2 minutes to pull my money out of my account so it should take 2 minutes to put it back in. Sorry excuse for a business.

Well here we go let me tell you about j&p cycles. So I ordered some apes and cables from them, the call taker said hey let's let a tech look at your order, I eventually placed the order and split the cost between two credit cards. So a day later they charge the full amount 600 plus dollars to my bank card, and then charge another 200 plus dollars to the other credit card. I should say this was in no way half and half but rather 200 plus more than it should have cost. I cancelled the order at this point as any smart person would have. Only for them to return most of the money and then turn around and charge my bank card again 200 plus dollars and send out the exact same order I had canceled four days prior. Wtf I don't want your store credit because I doubt I will ever purchase from the company again. I just want you to stop charging my card for items I don't want and found cheaper on another online sellers website.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
