Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I'm finding that a lot of the parts really need more pictures and measurements on lengths and diameters, it would be a great help.

Part was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition however, it is the wrong part and will not fit on my bike.

The seat came much sooner than I expected. The seat is comfortable but it is a little short on the front. I have adjusted my dash back as far as I can but there is still a gap that I'm not really happy with.

If an item on the website says it ships next business day then it should. I ordered two of the same part they shipped one out the next day the other one a week later… when I inquired about my order the person I spoke with was not helpful at all.
The person I spoke to literally did not seem to understand what I was saying…
I used to work with J&P all the time about 6 years ago but I won’t be back, customer service and organization has gone down hill drastically.

00 xl883c blinker issue. Installed the badlands load equalizer and it remedied the situation. Bike is back legal
Affordability
We needed new tires for my 2023 Ultra limited. Called up the shop and they helped find the size and type I needed.
We purchased a bunch of accessories when in South Dakota from the shop in Sturgis. The guys there were very knowledgeable and friendly so I wanted to give them my business again.
Was looking for a touring tire for my bike.
No issues with J&P directly. The supplier for the motor mount and the shipping company were less than expedient.

I was given several coupons to choose from However, at checkout it wouldn't allow the coupon to be applied to the billing and then I paid 7.99 for shipping that took almost a week and a half to two weeks. Now I work in a parts department for a dealership. I won't say which one(rhymes with bait-whiner) and I can get just about any part overnighted to my customers for under $35 wholly dependent on weight sometimes it takes longer because it's too heavy to ship overnight, but this part was tiny. Probably could've mailed it in the mail faster than it came through the package. It did come through the mail., giving them the option to have their vehicle up and running in the same day because of this issue the person I purchased the part for was stranded for over a week maybe look into your shipping process offer some options. But the way I see it. I think you owe me the shipping back maybe a coupon that'll work for the next purchase. The coupon I tried to use was SHIP35 thank you for your attention this matter.
The gal reinforced my suspicions is that my father-in-law was receiving bunk you added post office emails that were telling him the product was sent to different places over and over so as far as getting clarification and finding out where the product actually was very helpful

Easy peasy. The order and shipping were fast, The mesh riding pants are disappointing. Although they are well made, they have zero breathability. No air flow at all, which is why I bought them. The knee protecting pads are good but the hip pads are so thin as to be useless in a crash.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.

I show One shipped the next day and one shipped two days later as we depleted inventory in one warehouse and had to ship the second from an alternative warehouse.
