Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I was a little disappointed with the misleading marketing from the jp founder discount.however the customer service was great.

Sometimes have vintage parts got a couple ignitions a while back that did not work didn't want to go through all the process of returning them had friends that had them so I got them hanging on the wall I had not ordered from JandP for a while.
Both of my fender trim pieces had been ran over after falling off my bike at different times they don't bend back
Delivery was quick. Parts were what I ordered, what more can I say.

I looked all over the internet for exhaust for my bike. J&P Cycles had the best price including shipping so they got my money. The exhaust come on time and very well packaged from freedom performance exhaust. I will definitely will use them again for other bike purchases. My only complaint is the exhaust was ordered as a black pipe and the front header was chrome and the back pipe was black. This isn't shown thanks to the heat shield so wasn't a big deal and wasn't gonna wait to exchange the front pipe if they were going to replace it. I also expected to get bracket mounts for the exhaust but again I didn't reach out to J&P Cycles because I just made my own.

Additionally, I needed to order gasket because the 1 I received in my top end kit was incorrect. ( bolt holes larger to accommodate multiple applications produced an oil leak after assembly). I needed Bonnie because I Still have a Print Catalog and item #'s are completely different from the online #'s for the same item. She was able to verify the item I needed.

Bought a battery. Fit the bike. Was surprised that it had to be charged because the charge by the factory had significantly been discharged.
Have used them several times. Prices not cheap but competitive.
It seemed to be the best available battery. My Street Glide really sucks up alot of juice when initially starting. If the battery isn't performing well it will not start this bike.

There was a dent on one of the pipes but luckily it is towards the bike and hidden.

Had to replace My grips after a crash, but because of past order tracking, was able to get the exact same parts again, no problem. Thanks agiain J&P Cycles, My Bike wil be as good as new!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
