I am a repeat customer of J&P. And theres good reason why i continue to do business with such a great retailer. Its becouse of the online ordering process, and the continuation of the customer support even after items have been delivered. They are my goto motorcycle needs contact. Never have i had any kind of issue with J&p.

I built a rat trike from scratch. I ordered and never had a problem with my orders. Finishing up final touches, lots of little parts brake banjo etc. Folks at J&P are great and very helpful. Hands down the best

The one thing I will say is that after you buy something the screen changes to fast to rate exp,then shows empty cart? I'm old and couldn't understand why my cart was empty? So I kept reordering?

This set does have most of the gaskets. My primary access cover has a rubber gasket not a flat gasket. Also they give you the seals for the lefty bearing, which you need to remove the inner cover to access, but there's no other inner gaskets with it.

Everything went well. The postman however, dropped my package off at the house next door along with a couple of letters. Luckily my camera spotted the postman going next door at the same time that email claimed that the package was delivered. So, all is good...

Parts were fine. Not happy with shipping. Received 3 parts from fedex and 2 more shipments at the post office. I paid $20.99 for 2 day shipping but only the fedex shipped within 3 days. Other two shipments were received within within 4 days and 7 days respectively. I would like a refund of &20.99 because all parts were not received within 2 days

Delivery was quick and packaged well. Item was good quality and exactly as described. Exhaust was a little loud for my taste on my bike but I'm keeping it for potential future use. J&P were great to order from.

Back tire is 3 years old front tire is a year old still new never been used but I paid for brand new tires and expected to get new not tires that sit on a shelf for a couple of years front tire had a bend in the bead

Received my pipes promptly! One clamp was deformed and had to use the original (no biggie but I like everything I paid for to work) and although I wiped the pipes down I did get a small part of "oil" that burnt in the pipe and of course its right where you can see it. Easy install! Nice low rumble yet not obnoxiously loud.

Outstanding service and attention to issues. I received my order and found a manufacturers defect. I contacted sales and immediately I got a return label and a replacement was sent right away. It's easy to rate high when everything goes right but how a company handles a problem is a better measure of who they really are. I will buy from J&P again

I ordered the wrong size thinking a large would fit, B it when I received the gloves I saw how great they looked and felt that I got the right size and returned the ones that didn't fit. Gloves are awesome and return process was quick and smooth. Thank you

Quick ship was processed and packaged on a Sunday + delivered timely. Seat is cool and functional however in comparison to my bad lander the kick flip push-ups me forward 2" or so… mmight have been an oversight on my end.

I ordered a stage one from j&p cycles. Air cleaner, 2 to 1 exhaust, and tuner. I got the air cleaner and tuner in the mail, but my exhaust was shipped with the wrong item. I called customer service and the lady took great care of me and even upgraded my exhaust at no cost to me at all! I am super grateful and happy with the service provided!

Took well over a week to get the part. Was told initially it would arrive on Friday, so I could put it on my bike over the weekend, but it arrived on Monday. Don't say when it will arrive then don't deliver on statement.

Placed my order on a Friday even. Said it would arrive by Thursday the following week. Got a text message from my wife on Tuesday that my package had arrived. Awesome service would highly recommend buying from j&p cycles

The ease of purchase of the Michelin Commander III motorcycle tires was wonderful. I received them much faster than I expected in order to have them for my trip on Labor Day weekend. The only reason I gave the product/service received a 4 star rather than a 5 star was that the front tire appeared to be slightly used. It had grass, dirt, and, scuffs all around it, which does not necessarily mean it was used but possibly just rolled on the ground for awhile. Anyhow, sending them cleaned would be a better experience for the buyer as there would be no doubt they are brand new.

Holy crap was the delivery fast. I ordered the camera later in the evening after business hours. I was expecting it to take a few days to process and another 2-3 days shipping but it was here 2 days after ordering!

Everything I ordered arrived on time and without issues except for a set of risers. The package came with the top clamp missing. When I contacted customer service, they had the issue resolved within a day. Very impressed.

I order a new cobra engine guard. I hen the box arrived it looked like fedex had tried to fold the box up and put holes in it. When I pulled the bar out the plastic was stained orange from rust and had to go enough rust flake coming out of the bolt holes to make a silver dollar sized pile on the table. Immediately contacted customer service, received a return label and shipped the product back the same day I received it. Still waiting on refund.

All were friendly and helpful. So far the customer service has been the better part of this interaction. Wish I had the bar, though. Still waiting for refund.
