Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Was to ship in 3-5 days ended up coming two weeks later, I had to go the the Harley shop to get one so I could put my bike back together

These mirrors work great and replaced the same size mirrors on my 1984 FXST. They were reasonably priced for the pair and look great.

I ordered a part April 19,2021 was supposed to be overnighted waited for the part nothing showed I called them and they said UPS had 24 hours to update their site which is a lie he said it would be here Wednesday nothing showed called again and the guy told me to deal with it I will get it when I get it then I called back talk to customer service she started off by saying it was on its way which was another lie so now I am left waitingTo see if I get my part or not very poor customer service sitting in limbo to put my bike back together for a part last four orders I have ordered from them has been the wrong things this company used to be good now they're not I will not be ordering from them again and will be canceling my gold club membership very disappointed in the customer service so I as the customer instead of them shipping out another part so I can have it I have to wait I have spent quite a bit of money with this place in the past few years looks like I'll be looking for a new supplier

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
