Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Park did not fit correctly did not match or was not compatible with the bike as stated when I ordered part
Was disappointed because the part did not fit I had to pay the return shipping, ordered the correct part for my bike based on their recommendation that the part would fit correctly disappointed that I have to pay for the return
Experience was great. Fast service and fast delivery. Shipping took place the day I ordered and had mufflers within 3 days. They sound amazing also. Just what I was looking for.

Ordered grips for my 2023 Indian. Grips arrived on time. I took them to the shop to be put on at the same time as my new Ape Hangers. Shop told me "these won't work they're HD grips." So needless to say my new bars ended up with the old grips. Very disappointed with J&P Cycles.
They did a good job setting up the return for the wrong product they sent me.

I'm 71 been riding Harley's a long long time and I've been very lucky because I haven't had to order too much. Oh I've done my share of upgrades and maintenance.but that's primarily it for me. I ride! I never wanted my bike down very long and I never wanted to leave them with anyone else. J&P has ALWAYS had what I need at reasonable prices

Great experience. Rep suggested adapter instead of new cable to save me troubles with possibly gettin wrong cable as well as saving the money.

I needed 1 inch handle bars for my Victory Kingpin, lady recommended a nice pair. They came within a week of purchase. Thing is they sent me 6 handlebars instead of one. Called customer service and sent 5 back. They were grateful and gave me a 10 dolar credit on my next purchase.

FEDEX SUCKS! According to website was due for delivery July 2nd, pushed back to July 3rd. On July 3rd driver drove right past address and "online status" changed to undeliverable 😡. After multiple calls was told it would be delivered July 5th. Finally got it afternoon of July 5th, after I had to chase down the truck!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
