Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

When searching for products for a specific bike many products for other models show up in the que. Also for example when searching for hiway pegs several models are shown without identification of what you are purchasing, somewhat confusing to not know the exact price or product.

The first 2 rebuild kits didn't. One leaked, my bad. The second one seems short by about 0.250", lever flops, I don't like it. Getting a third as backup, just in case. The sealing edges on the rubber parts are rough.

OEM parts are obsolete!
After being idle for 12 years, we are rebuilding the systems on two, now or almost, antique Harleys. J&P Cycles are keeping us on the road. The local dealer either thinks the parts are made of GOLD, or the are obsolete/no longer available.
Still rebuilding, you have the parts needed at reasonable prices.

I needed a new sidestand spring. I ordered two (one backup). They were delivered in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the price and the delivery.
I have done business with J & P for years and have always been satisfied with the choices of products and the quality and price of the products.
When you need a sidestand spring, why overpay at a dealership when you can get one that you know will fit your vehicle for a fraction of the dealership price (if you can even get the parts for an old bike at the dealership).

I had my list together of the Thrashin Supply products I wanted to order and I needed to ask a question about them. I called J&P and spoke to someone. He answered my questions and talked me into the RPM program. This saved me money and also gave me money off my next order. I ordered top triple tree, risers, bars, gauge relocation and perch clamps for my Road Glide. Everything was in stock and came in less than a week. Excellent customer service every time I order from J&P.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
