Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
The hazards of ordering online.
I select the item I need by the information provided by J&P Cycles and the incorrect part arrived. Maybe I missed the detail that it was for a single shifter peg, but it was the ONLY inner shifter lever for my bike that was listed.
I get everything apart, go to install the new, only to find that it isn't the right part. So I had to put all the old stuff back on until I get the right part.
The female handling my call was very courteous and helpful. I was missing a part with my delivery.
It popped up when searching for the parts I need.
Because YOUR site stated it was the part I need.
Hard to get parts for a shovel head at the dealers, and there are a lot of older bikes out there, Thanks J&P for having a line of that hard to find, older bike stuff

I had a HD bike wreck and bought some saddlebags from J and P and they are great. So happy with the look and look like HD bags.

The product was as described and shipping was fast. The J&P price was very reasonable and there website is very easy to navigate with.
Quick service and they got what I need under one ceiling
When I received the box it was pretty beat up.Turned it over and there was a hole in the box with the plastic it was wapped ib sticking out.I could see through the hole it was damaged.I called and they couldn't replace it because they were out of stock.They were nice and refunded my money,but if it would have been packaged better it wound be on my bike now.
The guy was nice and friendly,but the item was out of stock for a replacement.I had to buy from someone else.They refunded my account.

Get tire for my harley
Cause I love riding and needed a tire
The part I ordered was shown to be an exact fit for my motorcycle but when I received it the part was not going to fit. The coil I purchased was twice the space needed for the stock application. It was returned without any issues.

I ordered a windshield from Memphis shades, which was less than it was on the Memphis shades website. Which turned out to be the tax I paid. Thanks J&P plus free shipping. It arrived in about 3 days (fast). That's why they've been in business 45 years! Quality and Service.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
