Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Always great long time repeat customer, ALWAYS HAPPY, HAPPY. I'm amazed at how fast it gets here, 1day this time, thats a record. Been a repeat customer for many years, my first to go to, all the time. Customer service "TOP GUN" communication in person the best. Only issue, repeat customers should be rewarded with tickets to Hawaii. Why NOT?

Purchased riding gloves. One was manufactured with defects. I called, (had to prove my case with photos, and wait for an email approving they will exchange them), received a return label, and then a new pair that fit great!
I am very pleased with my new grips but the Black Widow adhesive that came with each grip were both dried up rock solid. I had to go buy adhesive from the local hardware store to install them. Not a big deal, just a minor hiccup.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
