Good experience. Broke one of antennae's a while back. I decided to buy a lower profile chrome set. They were easy to install and look much better than the old ones. They look like they belong next to the chrome luggage rack they are installed next to.

I was able to quickly find what I wanted and, since I have bought several things from J&P and set up an account, check out even quicker. JP almost always ships the next day and I receive the item on our before the expected date. I always recommend J&P.

Great service, Great product, extremely fast shipping, but price was higher. I by from other company most the time because they have the same product, same good service, and same excellent shipping but lower price on same items.

I was at first optimistic but went and ordered anyway. Light delivered and excited to see what I purchased to find it was of excellent quality. Made of stainless steel which surprised myself, and installation was quite easy. Very bright fit nicely and shined as needed. You won't go wrong with this purchase.

Redoing an '02 road star 1600at and ordered this bc wanted the most light with old style look without having LED's. Works great and am happy with it. Received it within a week, so as usual.fast shipping.

Ordered a couple of tires, had it delivered to my cycle shop. Everything was easy from the ordering thru the delivery. Tracking was also easy access so I could call the shop to see if they received it when it was delivered and all I had to do was to bring it to the shop for them to replace the tires.

One suggestion is for an option for me to input my cycle type, make and model and what I need would show up for it. It was hard picking the right tires that are available for my bike.

Called in the night before i ordered and they said they had in stock so i asked to hold it, the person on the phone said they would, i drove from Jax to Daytona to be there by 9 am and it had been sold before i got there somehow lol so then i had to order it. My overall experience was $#*! but yeah i guess you guys shipped it quick good job 😑

My last order from you, I ordered a small part for my motorcycle. It was about 2" in length. It came in a plastic bag appropriate for the size of part. I also ordered 3 neck gators. Each came in an appropriately sized plastic bag. For whatever reason, my products were shipped in 2 separate boxes on different days. But even that is not the issue I have. The problem is that each of the boxes that arrived were approximately 14" x 18" x 12". I feel that the size of boxes used were WAAAAAY too big for the size of product that was ordered. I feel that your company needs to have a review in its shipping department and how they determine what size shipping boxes are used. I believe this could actually save your company money, and in turn save your customers money, and save on waste in our landfills.

Went with the 2 pouch because my buddy has the 3 pouch but couldn't close the lid if he put his glasses in one. I can put glasses in no problem with plenty of room for other stuff. Only the center hole matches with the 3 windshield screws but once you get it all lined up and tightened, it stays where it's supposed to. Seems to be of good quality. Very happy with the purchase.

Mounting tabs for headlight were farther back than stock part so didn't work for me. Purchased headlight didn't have ground wire as part of harness. Had positive and negative wires. Would have been better to have it sent with a male and female plug to connect to motorcycle.

I was looking for a smoke lens taillight cover for my Harley-Davidson Duece and J&P Cycles was literally the only place I found one and it is sharp. Can't be more happier with the way it looks on my bike. Thanks everyone there, great company!

I received my helmet and was surprised with the fit. I did notice that the box was slightly crushed on one side but felt like it wasn't J&P but the delivery service instead. So I was well pleased with the service from J&P.

These slip ons were exactly what I was looking for to add some noise to my 06 sportster.
The install was extremely smooth and simple, and the product arrived a day earlier than expected.
The pipes added the volume to the bike I wanted and they look much more sleek than the stock exhaust.

I reached out to customer service and they responded within a few hours. The seat was shipped quickly. Extremely comfortable seat. Easy to install with the directions. Will buy from them again in the future.

I ordered a tire and it was the cheapest and was shipped to me within 3 days. I've experienced the same in the past with J&P cycles and will always go to you when I look for any product for my motorcycles. Totally impressed.

The Saddlemen backrest is first rate but, " will fit your motorcycle" only if you use a proper mounting device, such a device is not yet offered for my stock HD 2023 Freewheeler. I would like to use the stock HD seat in conjunction with the Saddlemen backrest. I feel I have been duped into waiting for the proper device to be made. The new device will probably have to be used with a new Saddlemen seat only. Go figure!

The item I order came quicker than expected. That's what she said lol. All in all the experience was awesome. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is cause no one deserves 5 stars there is always something that can be fixed. And I wish the military discount was easier to navigate.

Always a treat to shop at JP Cycles! Ordered a rear tire and got it in a few days. Like the way they packaged it, you couldn't tell it was a motorcycle tire. That's good to keep the porch pirates away, LOL!

The kit was missing the small O rings and I didn't realize this until after I had opened the packaging. I tried to use a different O ring but it didn't work so I just waisted $40 and still have no rear brakes.

I used your site to order the kruzer kaddy. I highly recommend this product, and your prices aren't bad at all. If only I could unsubscribe from your emails which I've been trying to do. You send way too many emails, if I'm looking for another product, I will check your site out. As of now, I got everything I need.

Battery went bad in my Dyna 2 hrs before a planned ride with my son to help him practice his slow maneuvering skills. Local auto stores did not have the battery I was looking for, and Harley was closed cause it was a Monday. Went online and you had it. Received it the next day! Thank you so much!

Product info made the choices easy. Reviews are good. I love the new helmet and auto darkening goggles. I didn't know there were such things. Info on helmet sizing is also top notch. I received my purchase in a timely manner. Thank you.

Ordered a lineup tool and called and asked about different adapters. No one knew anything about what I was asking and suggested I call the manufacturer of the product after telling me you didn't carry it. I found the adapters I was looking for on your website with the exception of one.

Staff was very friendly but not knowledgeable about products at all. Talked to 2 different people and neither knew you even carried the products I was asking about.
