Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I'm extremely happy with this part. It was $100 less than the Harley shop and it looks amazing.

Order my DynoJet tuner, good product and technical support. I've been shopping with J&P for the last few months and no problem with the products.
Ordered my item and I paid for 2 day shipping. I received it 3 days later. Called customer service and was refunded my charge for 2 day shipping. I asked why it wasn't shipped in two days with no response.

Ordered a cup holder, with a partial gift card. Transaction was smooth, and easy. Communication was plentiful and item arrived as described. J&P Cycles has a great reputation and they continue with great service in each transaction.

Time for new front tire, just hit 151,000 miles on my GL1800
We were having trouble deciding on the best tires for our Goldwing so we turned to J&P cycles. I was able to chat with them online and the person that helped us out was very knowledgeable and got us set up with the correct tires. We recieved them sooner than expected and have an appointment to have them mounted and balanced. Thank you for the awesome customer support.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
