Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I've purchased parts from this site on two occasions - both transactions were completed without issue and shipping was fast. Will order more parts in the future I'm sure.

Brand loyalty
They never shipped the item. I tried to contact them from their online form and then again via email but they didnt respond. When I called and spoke to someone they canceled and re-entered my order but it was still days before they shipped it. Also they agreed to ship it expedited but they did not. I've not had these issues with previous orders but I'm not sure I'll chance it again with them.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
Please remember shipping is business days and weekends and holidays do not count. We looked at your order it was placed after hours on 7/18. It was processed the following day ( Friday) and shipped and delivered on Monday.
