Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Cosmetic rocker box gasket set listed as in stock in Daytona store. It was not in stock, had to be shipped delaying my repairs.

When I first try to pay for my items, I tried using a discount code for being a first purchase, I was told that in order to receive the discount I needed to create an account, I did and at check out I was told that it had expired, first time purchase is first time purchase, anyway. I think that how this company operates.

I have had great service in the past with J&P, although on my last two orders I only received partial shipment. I'm hoping it's supply chain issues and not a sign J&P is having employee problems. I will continue to do business with J&P for sure!

Bought many tires from you over the years always received tires in 2 to 3 business days. They were shipped FedEx or UPS this time shipped USPS. Received tire in ten days. Went from Ky. To La. To Dallas to Omaha back to Dallas to Amarillo 145 miles from me where it sat for five days. I know you have no control over the USPS but for us where I live it is a bad way to use for shipping.

I received arlness mirror, one of mirror thread aren't great, I had to re tap it to make it work.
I received grips, throttle grip fits perfect but clutch grip didn't fit at all, I had to grind it to make it fit.

Try something new
Seat would not fit bike. The seat made the side panels on bike pop off and almost damaged the panels when attempting to install seat on 2023 1/2 Road Glide CVO. Never installed the seat. Will be returning the seat. Thanks

Unfortunately the clutch cable from the Burly kit broke after installation so I requested a replacement, but I was told that I needed to contact burly myself.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
