I never received an order confirmation. I looked in the spam & junk files, not there. I called and a gal tracked it for me & whoop it showed on the day she said. Difficult as is with all company's to get a non foreign person to help but finally got er done.

Grommets seem to be of good quality time will tell. I ordered 2 sets to cover 2 panels would like to have seen 1 more grommet for the spade connector per set as I had to reuse a old one other than that all went well.

More details for the products would be helpful in selecting what is needed. The sight said it was a product match for my year and model but was only for the aftermarket pieces that are sold on your site.

I've ordered from this company one previous time with no complaint. Received current on in a timely manner but unfortunately the product was damaged. Looks like it's been dropped a time or two or hit on something. When you spend close to $800 on a purchase you hope that it comes intact. The damaged area was wrapped in bubble wrap so I'm lead to believe it was damaged before it left the warehouse.

Experience was good but when I got my order parts were missing and looked like it had been ordered before wrapping was all ripped open who ever picked order should atleast check product before shipping.

Paid for two day shipping but some of the items were shipped from another location which caused them to be delayed. The issue was taken care with ease and a shipping refund was immediately issued. Only down side was the delay in getting the parts.

The tabs do not fit between the top of the bags and the rivet's so I'm gonna have to take my grinder to them and make those tabs smaller. Hope I don't end up just being screwed out of a hundred and fifty bucks.

Selected a product which showed that it would fit my bike. Received said part and it wasn't even close. The mounting brackets were longer and the bolt pattern was wider. The fitment section is not accurate. Ended up having to pay twice as much at Harley to receive the proper part to complete my project

Parts were fine. Not happy with shipping. Received 3 parts from fedex and 2 more shipments at the post office. I paid $20.99 for 2 day shipping but only the fedex shipped within 3 days. Other two shipments were received within within 4 days and 7 days respectively. I would like a refund of &20.99 because all parts were not received within 2 days

Part arrived on time, My only complaint is there were no install instructions. I went to the manufactures web site & found the install instructions by typing in the part number. The part fit well & seems to work right.

Had what I needed and easy checkout. See how long it takes to receive item and if it is proper fit

Update. Everything was oem fit. Outstanding service and transaction was completed fast. Will be doing more business in future as the needs arise

The product took longer to get to me as the manufacturer did not ship to consumers! Jj&P shipped it fairly quick once they received it! All in all fairly good experience! The product itself was as described.

The fork assemblies arrived on time, but were of really poor quality. They had casting slag on the bottom of the sliders that was chromed over. I had to machine the bottom of both sliders in order for the axle to fit properly. The fender mounting holes all had to be re-tapped in order to receive the bolts. There were also pit holes in the casting that were chromed over. Spent two hours making these fork tubes usable. I think I was sold a returned set and paid retail price. Didn't have time to send them back because the customer had to have his bike back. Where is the quality control?

My main suppliers did not have the parts I needed in stock. I had done business with J&P cycles very little because of price but found the parts I needed were quality & delivered the next day which I didn't expect

I always have great service. I only had one issue with this order. The product I ordered stated it had 1/4-20 threads, it did not, it had 5/16-24 threads, it should be changed on the item description.

I didn't get any response

Found exactly what I was looking for, not a heroic price but doable, the arrival was timely,. The installation was so simple, without a mess of tear down to do first inorder to install.
Basic simple bolt on adjust to desired position and tighten down...then ride on...thx

I would get sore sitting in my 2023 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob stock seat anything longer than 45 minutes. Once I switched over to the mustang seats, I noticed right away that the seat is wider and more comfortable they were. So far, riding for hour and a half and no soreness! I'm planning to go on a road trip up to Seattle and that will be the real test!

Based on my own personal experience Mustang seats are great and it was money well spent!

J&P was fairly fast, but all the parts came in days apart, so it took a little over a week to get everything and install. The install was fairly simple, and I upgraded the retaining bolt to an anti-theft one.

Got my order, but weeks apart, even though most of the items said it'll ship "within 24 hours". Finally got my last item latter part of last week. But J&P still delivered, will be returning. Thank you.

The product was fine, but the delivery company you use, was a day late and that affected a tight timeline for the bike. Especially since the delivery company said it was out for delivery from a location east of me and it never showed. The next day it was out for delivery from a location southwest of me.

Good experience. Broke one of antennae's a while back. I decided to buy a lower profile chrome set. They were easy to install and look much better than the old ones. They look like they belong next to the chrome luggage rack they are installed next to.

The item I order came quicker than expected. That's what she said lol. All in all the experience was awesome. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is cause no one deserves 5 stars there is always something that can be fixed. And I wish the military discount was easier to navigate.

I checked the information to verify that the part would fit my bike. When I got it, it did not fit like I needed it to. It had to have mounting brackets which I didn't have and did not come with the new speakers.

They instructed on how to return the product.

I thought it was sold as a set because the pics showed two but only received one. Ordering was easy but confusing. Maybe put in bold print how many you'll get in an order. Wouldn't have ordered them had I known because the price was very high for only one.
