Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Online shopping always worries me, for my reason mainly. I ordered a S&S carb, that the site siadi would fit my bike, but after getting the product it is not even close. I would have to buy another part (adapter), which is hard to find, to get this part o fix. I will be returning.
J&P usually has all the parts I need in stock and they ship fast.
I chose this carb because it was a direct fit and a good price. It did not fit.

I ordered a Bell Pit Boss helmet size large. The box came and all the packing material said it was large. After I opened the box, I found a helmet that was XXXL

Voltage regulator was as described and the price was fair. Easy checkout and fast delivery. Will be installing in a couple of months after my custom chopper is reassembled.

You've been good to me over the years
I logged in to buy a tail light. So far, so good. I hit the Govx discount button to get my military discount then was sent to a J &P login screen. I logged in again and this time login failed. Twice. I backed up and bought the light because I need it but never got my discount. I can log in fine to pay full price but can't login to pay discounted price. Very disappointing

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
