Great products that fit every time as long as i shop for my individual bike. Love that when i need parts for one of my 3 bikes i just go into my garage and select that bike and start finding exactly what i need. They even have parts for my '49 Panhead...

Had what I need, price was a bit high compared with other online dealers. I bought from J&P because of good past experiences.
The tire came sooner than expected and the quality was excellent.

Purchased Russel stainless steel front brake line, it was said it was in stock and ready to ship in the 1 business day. Turns out something happened and the manufacturer failed to send it out. Contacted customer service twice about it, quite helpful and apologetic for delay. One agent gave me $15 credit to use. The second agent was able to give me the information about what was going on and that they had been trying to get a response from the the manufacturer. He contacted them and at midnight that night I received a shipping notification. The item arrived promptly the following day.

I love youre company just wish shipping and parts werent so much but i do know thats not youre fault. I appreciate you having old parts for my old bikes alot, its getting harder and harder to find stuff. Please don't stop having old Harley stuff.

My front brake light switch was not working. J&P had the part, ordered it. Arrived a week later and installed within the hour of receiving it. Back on the road, with my 81 FXS/ WG. Thank you

If you want a great tire that's not from some warehouse somewhere, go with a reputable dealer who sells a lot of tires like J. P. Cycle. They're the best!

I've been shopping for my motorcycle needs at JP Cycles for many years. I recently ordered a battery for my Sportster and as always once ordered it was received very quickly. I have my bikes listed on their website so I know immediately whether or not the park will fit my motorcycle. It's very easy to order and if I have any questions their customer support is always available to help.

I was installing ape hangers on my 2009 Road King Classic. I purchased wire extensions that the website said would fit but they did not. Not a huge deal they weren't super expensive and I ended up buying 16 gauge wire from advance auto. I also purchased drag specialties extended brake lines and a Barnett TBW extension. The drag specialties brake line kit worked great except the alignment hole was a bit off, I ended up removing the roll pin from the forks and used locktite on the mounting screw. But overall it was great they shipped super fast and even got some of the items the next day.

Upon inspection the fender was perfect in every detail. I don't see any imperfections that might slow down the job. After cleaning it was ready for primer and paint. Made my life much easier. Thanks!

I ordered my part on 9/1/24.The order said "in stock - 2 day shipping".
I received the part on 9/11/24. Not sure how that adds up and would love an explanation before I order again.

Nothing worse than waiting for a part you need to get back on the road but J&P was the only place I could find what I needed in stock.
Shipping was fairly quick and the item works as it should.

I was given way too many tracking numbers for the orders, it made it extremely difficult to schedule around these delivery times and a couple of tracking numbers weren't even correct. Overall it arrived in a reasonable time and undamaged. The tracking experience was frustrating. The products were what I expected and as described. Happy overall.

Bought these mirrors to replace the originals on my '93 Springer. The new mirrors fit perfectly. And had the same look and dimensions as the originals. Mirrors were well packed and arrived in perfect condition

Only needed one only could find 5 pack then shipped in a huge box for $8 could have definitely been shipped better ridiculous waste. And it didn't solve the problem that's on me

I placed my order. It said that it would ship within 3 to 5 business days two days later I received my order. It was back as well. Nothing was wrong with the product. It fit like a champ. I'm totally satisfied thank you.
