Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Seat arrived in perfect condition. It not only looks good but feels good when I ride on it. Highly recommend the seat and it's a lot more comfortable than the stock Harley seat.

Parts I needed were at the Daytona store. So they sent them to me free of charge. I was in no hurry and they came as they said and are good quality. Thank you for still having some old parts.

J&P Cycles is great. Most of their products are good high quality stuff. The Memphis Shades mounting hardware I got had to be modified to make it work.

I was in need of a replace voltage regulator for my road glide. JP cycle had them in stock with choses. Picked one was delivered in a couple of days Fit perfect and works great. Have always had great service from them.

Past experience with that brand
Due to the quality of oil/products, quick shipping and great customer service, Amsoil has my service. I have not had a bad experience with Amsoil and find comfort knowing my V-twin is protected.
Reliability
I purchased fog lamps with buckets that were the correct size/model for my 2020 Heritage Classic according to the J&P website "fit guide". The fog lamp buckets needed SIGNIFICANT modification to fit my motorcycle. I had to basically bore out the existing mount and tac weld the correct sized bolt. In the future I will be very leery of the J&B website fitment guide. In the end the fog lamps now fit correctly and actually work well.

Switches look great however they are thinner than the stock oem and are prone to breaking at the swivel tabs while installing them onto the switch mechanism itself.

I bought a replacement tail light a while back. The quality of the part was exceptional however the part did not come with a connector or even pins to complete the connector. Luckily a harley dealership was able to supply me with these pins but if it wasn't for the dealership, it would have been quite difficult tracking down everything necessary to complete the repair.
Though sometimes they could not provide a solution to my problem. They tried their best and was very attentive. 10 out of 10

Large selection of parts and ease of ordering.
Old switch covers and brake lines were in bad shape so I had to replace.
Quality kit, good instructions on spacer placement, just missing new torx fasteners for the stator. The plug is a little plump I had to trim off some rubber to get it in.
So far it has been good received my order very prompt no damage to to the seat I love the seat my overall experience with my purchase from j&p cycles was excellent i would recommend them to my friends thank you

The Sedici Sena Bluetooth is garbage, will not pair with phone, I do not own a PC so the bs about having to update before it will pair is garbage! Oh I made sure it fit and it did nicely but the main reason I bought was bluetooth and because I pulled the tags after fitment, non returnable. Will never buy another Sedici product!

Ordered memphis shades windshield and mounting brackets for my bike. Paid for next day air shipping. 3 days later the windshield showed up without the mounting brackets. Had to call in, customer service was quick to respond and get the brackets sent out. Received full order 6 days after ordering with expedited shipping. Representative stated that the next day air isn't available for windshields (why allow me to select and pay for it then). They did refund the additional shipping costs.

Product came fast, packaged up very very well. It was a perfect fit. Had to use the old bolts. Because the new ones that came with it was to small. Highly recommend J&P Cycle.

Exact match to the one it was replacing
I ordered a primary cover that was defective, broke the clutch cable housing, had to pay $100 to get it machined out, found other casting defects I had to have machined for the tensioner clearance, drilling out a couple bolt holes that were not and now I am having to buy a new clutch cable to go with it. J&P ended up making good on the defective cover and I got the clutch fairly quickly.
I sent pictures, they apologized profusely for the bad product they didn't know about and they made good on it.

Needed it for a trip
Order was medium size all items listed as in stock ship in 24 hrs, what a joke, took so long to orginize u sent half, then 1 day latter u sent the rest, which went to ny in the usa, im in austraila it got sent back to u and u just cancelled it and refunded, as if i didnt want those parts any way, the other half got to sydney where it sat for 9 days then got trucked across the country 5 days and 3 more before i saw it. Dont worry about the other parts i needed to finish the job ill find them else where
Because ive been getting parts from them for 20 years but since john parham (RIP) passed the place is going downhill, u even sold of his muesum a lifetime collection appaling dispespect, the obvious cost cutting is probably the reasion for decline, and no i dont want to talk to a bot i want a human with a name who can sort things out, the it dept wiped 15 years of my work and now all i can do it look down a great long list of part numbers i had every thing by cat+ bike type + most used, easy to find, the new broom has to make his mark, the old saying if it ant broke dont fix it ring any bells

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
