Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Fantastic experience throughout the entire process! Great available information on tire,great price just an overall splendid, swell and fun event! Excellent company to have foe my motorcycle needs J&P has always delivered.

The Vans & Hines exhaust purchased were a great change from purchased stock exhaust. They sound great! These came in a matte black. Nice.
Availability of accessories.
Was a customer decades ago, then it seemed it went thru a change [owners?] so i gave it a few years. Now its been perfect once again.

The site stated that the switches I ordered were a direct replacement. They were not. I needed an additional item. Which I ordered. That was almost $300.

Called after delay in getting battery shipped. Attempted to canceled order for "taking too long to ship ", but was unable to even though it had not been shipped. Jp spent money to ship and spent money to have me ship back, along with hassle to return to UPS. Look for way to stop an order that has not shipped. Cost savings.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
