Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I looked at stuff, found stuff, and then bought stuff. Went as planned, two thumbs up.

Needed a new rear tire
Well it was ok but I specifically called in to place my order so I would get the right part but still got the wrong part. I was pretty bummeed about that. Then after that I found out that I would have to pay to return the part which automatically pissed me off and I have decided to scratch you guys as viable vendors for any of my Bike needs!
Well I was simply just asked if I would like to return the part at a cost of 9.99 which is really bull$#*! since I didn't order the part by mistake and was told this is the part I needed and then come to find out you can't even get me the correct part I was pissed.
The spark plugs were in the shipping bag, all 4 plugs were out of there boxes and loose in the bag without bubble wrap in the bag. I hope they will be ok. I don't see any broken porcelain.
I have done business with J&P Cycle part in the past and all was good.
To try these plugs out hopefully they wont foul out.
Would definitely recommend buying the bolt kit. Kit fits good, I don't think there's a better place to get it from
My experience has been awesome so far I was on the site the other week and found a bracelet I liked was not sure about the size the size I was going to go for was out of stock got the one that's one size up and turns out the 8.25 is just the right size I know someone who would like the same one just different size so I will be making another bracelet purchase

To replace and repair worn parts for my 2000 HD Dyna Super Glide
Was tracking down a rattle on my 06 Dyna, and thought it might be the ratcheting gas cap i had. Ordered a replacement cap and it came in 2 days. Unfortunately didn't fix the rattle, but looks great.

I've been a JP Cycle customer for many years. I love their products and selection but they are slow on the delivery. Often times you can find what you need on Amazon and have it delivered a lot faster. My advice to JP, figure out next day or two day shipping or even three day shipping. Just get it done fast.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
