Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I've been a JP Cycle customer for many years. I love their products and selection but they are slow on the delivery. Often times you can find what you need on Amazon and have it delivered a lot faster. My advice to JP, figure out next day or two day shipping or even three day shipping. Just get it done fast.

Looked for a DOT helmet that suited me and bought it. It was delivered just as I was returning home for hometime. Price was good the helmet is perfect. I am very happy.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. They always have the best quality parts on hand. Weather I'm ordering for my 82 xls or my 11 ultra, they have it. Including many custom parts for older bikes.

In the listing for the smaller strongarm inner fairing support brackets it did not say comes in pairs as the large one's did so I myself over ordered the smaller brackets in which I have yet to return.

Did not receive everything I ordered. Excellent service except you didn't have tranny studs I need. Parts came quick and well packed.

The day after receiving the product, fluid changes were done on a 2016 street glide and a 2022 street glide. No issues at all.
I was glad to be able to order the parts that I needed from a knowledgeable and friendly representative.

I was looking for a battery charger for the riding lawn mower, the descriptions of the products on the website were complete and contained all the info I needed to make a choice. Great site to shop on, easy to find what I was looking for, great product and value.

Fantastic service, shipping was faster than expected and packed very well. The product however leaves a little to be desired. The seals, inner and outer don't fit and the Cleve blocks don't function as per original units.

Found everything I needed to do a fork seal rebuild for my '02 Softail. Unfortunately the set of fork bolts that claimed would fit my bike do not, they are 14mm bolts and my bike requires 8mm. The cost to return and have the correct ones shipped would be twice as much as the bolts so I'm just gonna keep the bolts I have no use for.

The adjustable push-rods I purchased were exactly what I wanted and the quality is spot on. There was some clitch during check-out and I did not receive my GOV-X discount. The discount was not for a lot of cash, but if you advertise you are going to do something, just do it. I will likely continue to be a J&P Cycles customer. I am still bummed about the sell-out and closing of Anamos, IA, but I will get over it. John built a great company and I am glad COMOTO kept his vision, at least in name, alive.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
