Need to pack batteries better. Battery was packed only with air pillows. Box appeared to have been dropped. Corner of battery was dented but was not leaking.

Had an issue with shipping/delivery date not on time but a member with customer service responded right away and made sure my order was still on the way and refunded the extra amount paid for 2 day shipping.

JP cycles is a good merchant but when I received my battery the box was damaged. Thought the battery wouldn't hold a charge so I put the battery tender on. Battery seems to hold a 13.10 charge. Packaging for shipment freakin sucked $#*!. There was no bubble wrap to hold the battery box in place. $#*!

I recently ordered a clutch and front brake levers for my Harley on Amazon and it said they would fit, they did not, ordered from here and they were right

So my shifter lever was stripped and I needed a new one, so I ordered 1 from J&P like I usually do, that's where I but good quality parts, so I got the shifter lever in, and discovered that I made a mistake, I didn't order 1 for forward controls ooops my fault, but the part I got was a good price and great quality so I'll just keep it an maybe some day I'll need it, or maybe a friend Will need it. Thanks for supplying my motorcycle needs.

I've ordered from J&P many times I've never been sorry that I had. Always got exactly what I paid for and it's always been here when they told me it would.

The product is excellent. I have bought from J&P before. The website is extremely easy to navigate from finding what I wanted to checkout. Everything even arrived 1-2 days before they said it would. Great place to shop

Needed a new back tire, but found out the tires I had were the wrong ones!(used bike, but had new tires put on since I bought it)
They found the right ones and put them on, now I'm back on the road!
It was truly a pleasure to work with them all.

Jacket is a good summer weight and meshing allows good airflow to keep somewhat cool. I have to get used to the elbow pads as you can definitely feel them in the sleeves. Jacket is real leather so it is a bit stiff but that should get better as it gets worn more.

The description of this radio said plug and play. And it also says it is compatable with my 2002 ultraglide. It is not. Front speakers work fine but to get the stock back speakers to work I have to buy a $38 dollar wiring harness and figure out what wires to splice into. Or they said I can buy a $700 dollar amplifier kit that would fix the problem. NOT PLUG AND PLAY

Did not tell me anything that I didn't already know. Even argued that my bike didn't come with stock rear speakers.

The transaction was simple and the order came in promptly. I ordered tires and brake pads and have not installed them yet so I don't have feedback at this point.

When you walk into a JP cycle shop, they welcome you and ask if you need any help if you need help right away, they will send you to the right department and the individual behind the counter is very helpful and courteous You're very knowledgable and once you place your order if they have it in the shop, they get it for you or they will order it for you if it's not available at that time

I accidentally ordered wrong size tire. Contacted customer service and spoke to Samantha. Even though it was my error, Samantha was understanding, humorous, empathetic and a great person to speak to.

So far, jp has everything I needed yes. I have a new to me bike and I need it serval items. Although the shipment had to be broken up in three parts, I still received everything.

Everything was as advertised. Shipping went smoothly, and the bar grips looks exactly as shown on the website and packaging was done to keep the product safe. No complaints and will definitely be ordering from here again.

So good so far👍I'll be making my purchases with you guys rather than some of the brick and mortar stores that don't carry the amount of options you guys do. Great first impression.

Website was easy to use as I could enter the information about my motorcycle and see a list of parts that would fit. Had to call customer service as one part was labeled for a different year of my bike. They explained why it was the correct part for my bike, why it appeared different than some installation videos for grips I watched on YouTube, and it did in fact work with my bike.

The Anti-gravity battery was priced good, the website helped get the right one. It showed up in a couple days!
The dew rag I was hoping to have a sewn in elastic with a sweat band. I was sure it wouldn't for the price but it is what was described. I couldn't find any with the built in extras. Not only at JP but anywhere. But it will do.

Found filter to be the cheapest priced on J&P so ordered from them. Definitely will order again through them again. Service was great and ordering was easy.

I've always had wonderful experiences shopping with jp cycles easy to find what I want and price is decent from everyone else. Top it all off get what I order pretty quickly most times.

I had never seen exhaust gaskets sold other than a set, I was shocked to see only 1 of the needed gaskets enclosed. Since the shipping charge is nearly double the cost of the single gasket I will need I guess I'll chalk it up to experience, requiring closer attention to reading all the print.

I have been working on and off with JMP cycles and building motorcycles for the last 10 years and I have always been happy about my purchase excited about the customer service experience and never dissatisfied with anything that they've done or products that they sold. J&P cycles is 100% committed to the writer and their actions. Customer service prices and engagement with the culture proves that every time.
