Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Picked up a Simpson helmet at a deep (50%) discount, very happy!

It’s what I needed
New tires(both front and rear tires needed) located fairly quickly once search was narrowed to my Honda model...and delivered in roughly 4 business days(using standard shipping.

Two dry rot tires
The LED light set that I ordered for my HD, quickly arrived in good conditoon and they were easy to install. Plug & Play. The new LED lights create an electrical interference with radio and "old school: CB". I just added additional suppressor rings to the light wiring. All works well now.

I purchased a saddle man seat for 92 electra glide. The site says it fits but it comes up a little small. The nose of the seat doesn't cover a small area of the frame and it appears that the seat too small.
It's the only site that showed me if a seat was compatible for my bike.
The seat that wan in my bike was too big and I had to tip toe when sitting still on the bike
J&P have a wide selection of parts, it's easy to navigate their website. My order was correct and came in the time frame it said. Overall it's what one would come to expect when ordering parts.

J&P has been my go to parts store, but lately J&P has been using Fed Ex for shipping. Fed Ex is a horrible choice, not sometimes but always. If Fed Ex is going to be your shipping service I will be purchasing through DK.

I really do not like that you have gone to FedEx. It is the worst carrier in my area. I have problems with my shipments from FedEx 70% of the time. If you continue with FedEx it will not be beneficial for me to continue with J&P as my primary MC parts source even with RPM. DK will become my primary source. I really hope enough people complain to at least offer a choice in carrier.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
