Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
You guys are always great to work with! On time, and packaged correctly. Wish shipping costs were cheaper, but I understand cost is cost.

When I first looked at the part I was thinking it was wrong, when I backed my bike out and took the old one off the new one fit perfectly. It solved my issues and back to riding again

After buying from jp cycles for over 30yrs im done placed a order after 15 minutes i tryed to cancel they said i could not after i got my part s ask them to ship me a return label they said we cant,told me i could print one out or go to the ups store n have one printed,,,im 65 yrs old dont use a printer nor a cell phone live in a hick town where they just closed the ups store,im not driving 50 miles to the nearest ups store,,used to be they would a return label in the box or mail you one,,,very bad customer service anymore

I'm overall disappointed that I have to pay return shipping. In a time where shipping and returns are free nearly everywhere else, J&P charges for returns. I should have known better, but I'm still disappointed.

Bought a new primary inspection cover and a carb rebuild kit, the cover fixed a 4 year old primary leak, and aside from my carb being 26 years old and the screw heads were stripped so I was only able to use half of the rebuild kit bit it all worked out none the less.

The brake line had been previously opened and the box was taped shut. The seals that should have been included were missing. This required a trip to the dealership to obtain the new seals- very inconvenient and an additional expense. This should have been verified before sending it out.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
