Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Easy to find what I wanted. I bought night vision goggles to wear over my glasses. But they are too close cut to my face and I feel like they're smashing my glasses

Needed after helmet broken
Product was fine, but when I ordered a set of front brake pads, I assumed I was paying for 4 pads. The order from did not specify that I would only get 2 pads when I checked the quantity 1
Why would you send only 2 brake pads for a bike that has 2 front brake discs? Now I have to order 2 more pads. (frustrating)

Really like the shirt. I wear it to lift weights. It really supports the muscles and firms up the loose stuff.
Size up at least one size. I normally wear a medium T-shirt but bought a size large of the compression shirt. Wish the sleeves were a bit longer. I could probably wear an extra large.

I was happy they sent me the correct size the first time with no issues. Bearings fit properly and were proper one inch axle size

The six volt battery is perfect, charged right up and fit exactly in my 47 Knucklehead.

These things are heavy duty. Seem to put out a LOT of light (haven't run them at night yet). Only issue is the carriage bolts that come with the mount is a bit too short. When installed, the bolt only goes about half way into the nut when tightened and doesn't even contact the nylon lock ring. I'll be picking up some stainless bolts to replace them shortly, which will at least make me feel better about it. It's a minor issue, but be aware of it when installing these. Overall, I like them!

Store employees over sold me products that were not needed and ended up returning them for correct item. Was painless and time was respected.
Proximity to home and product availability
I ordered some brake lines and one set did not include all of the hardware it was supposed to. Customer service has been giving me a hard time trying to get the hardware which is probably worth 10 cents, but I have to either order it or buy it from a dealer for about 12 dollars. I'm not sure why they think I'm lying about 10 cents worth of missing hardware on a 400 dollar order. A tad frustrated with them.
Crush washers missing from package and they want a picture of all the contents of the package and keep acting like I'm trying to do something dishonest. I have sent all the pictures and haven't heard back. I went to the dealership and bought some because I don't have time to keep up with this back and forth. It's been several days for what is a simple issue and I need my lines installed for a trip. I don't have hardware that is supposed to be included, they can't do anything till they have pictures showing what's missing, which I provide, and then nothing.
History of ordering from JP for close to 15 years. Always been pleased.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
