Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
My package was smashed up.the handling wasn't the best.dont know on who's part but it would be nice if any of future orders be handled better.

The customer service was TOP notch, when I called about exhaust questions. However when the box arrived the packing/protection for the parts, it was broken up inside the box. The exhaust pipes and a few scratches on them right out of the box. I opted to install them, but was a little bummed to see it. The cobra neighbor haters sound great on my 2017 dyna.
I called about some VH exhaust and got great customer service and information. Learned a lot about exhaust pipes, from the very knowledgeable customer service rep.

Stock shocks are garbage. As soon as I opened the box I knew my riding experience would be completely different. Super easy to install and adjust. Every Harley should come from the factory with these shocks for the price we pay to ride.
Good choices in helmets. Provided numerous choices as to types and special features. I appreciate having the, "Adjustable Headband".

They had what I needed but since sizing can be unpredictable it cost me $10 to send back the large gloves that for like a medium. They need to be more like Amazon with free returns.

I have been wanting a high visibility helmet for a while now.
Parts orders should not be split. As in stator rotor kits require gaskets for primary cover.

The oem battery had the nut permanently fixed to the battery this battery you have to slide the nut into a slot before you slide it in to its resting place I have a Harley touring so it's not convenient but other than that I am happy it is new I haven't had it awhile we will see how long it lasts

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
I do apologize for your frustration. We ship from multiple warehouses. If all items are not located in the same warehouse your order will come in multiple packages. We do not want to delay the shipping by having all items sent to one warehouse and then shipped to you. We truly do it to expedite and take care of our customers as quickly as we can.
