Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I order floorboards. I received the right side damaged. The offer me to return it and make a new order. This time, the left side was damaged. Fortunately for me, i haven't ship back my 1rst orde yet and finally send back the 2 damaged part and keep the goods ones..

Great product and great customer service. Has a mishap with shipping of my primary gasket set where the packaging was not appropriate for the item and gaskets aren't usable. However, J&P customer service rectified my issue sent me return label and are sending me new ones. They also seemed receptive to my feedback about packaging we shall see when I receive the next set.
They straightened out my issue by sending me a return label and instructing me to send it back and they would issue a new gasket set. They also answered my email regarding my concerns about how gaskets were packed and seemed receptive to making changes to ensure this does not keep happening.

A minor SNAFU when purchasing some "Bagger Bars". Wrong SKU number was pulled and sent. A single call to their customer service line rectified the problem and the correct parts were sent out rather quickly.

What I wanted
Some of the Shifter Rod parts were listed as "Will Fit" for the 2011 Dyna Fat Bob that were not for this bike. These were mid shifter rods. The Shifter Rod I ended up ordering, I was told it was a factory replacement and it was not. After extending the shifter Rod as far out as I felt comfortable, it was still an inch and a half shorter than stock. Had to make an adjustment to the shifter to make this work. I love the service and the people, but they can do a better job categories the parts better for the bikes they will fit.

Don't be in a rush for the free shipping, took 12 days for some of my items to arrive at my house. The items were fine, there not specific to J&P and are available through many different retailers, so I'll probably order somewhere else next time.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
