Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

My experience so far has been very good. I wish they kept their merchandise on the store shelves in stock and more of a selection for indian. Will be coming back to look at new items coming out.

Had my wife call with a part number, she was told there were plenty in the aisle. I arrived, couldn't find the part number on the shelf so I went to the parts counter. Gave him the number and was told there were none in stock. When asked why my wife was told there were plenty here, he said, " well at the warehouse ". Parts guy was rude and won't waste my time driving there again, this being the second time I went there and the part wasn't in stock. Ordered online and after over a week waiting, I bought one somewhere else

J&P Cycles is always my go-to for motorcycle parts, and their service and shipping was amazing. With that said, the LA CHoppers Twin Peaks Engine Guard had faulty screws, and two jammed inside the holes for fastening. Having to bore everything out and start over again after all four either broke or wouldn't thread appropriately.

Currently the seat is a bit stiff but I only have a couple hundred miles on it, so definitely not broken in yet. Was instantly leagues ahead of the stock harley seat.
J&p specifically said that the seat was cut narrower than the stock seat in the front. That was my chief complaint. I felt like someone was making a wish with my legs.
Same as above. They gave a better description of how it was cut.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
