Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I have been using j&p for probably 40 years. I've ordered the wrong thing and never had a problem getting them back to them. They've sent the wrong things I never had a problem with them taking them back. They are my go-to for anything Harley shovelhead. Been buying and selling shuttle heads for close to 50 years. I'm glad I have j&p to go to. 5 STARS!

My experience was quite simple, I was looking for rear saddlebag guards so I went to your websight which is where I begin every bike part search. I found what I was looking for easily, the price was good so I ordered and within a few days I had what I wanted. Good job.
I always look to J&P for parts first and am rarely. If ever disappointed.

According to informed delivery by USPS, tire sat in warehouse or wherever for a week before PO received it. Once it was shipped it arrived in 3-4 days so that was acceptable, just not the waiting a week to ship

Was disappointed cause I did not get a shipped notification or a tracking number. Took a little longer than i thought to receive tire but I have no idea when it shipped
Told me couldn't do anything unless it hadn't moved for 5 days. S didn't give me a tracking number so I still wasn't sure it shipped.

The Avon Air Cushion Spike Grips are comfortable, durable and look great. I have a pair of the air cushion grips on my Dyna and they have lasted for about 5 years now and still going strong. They fit perfectly and installation requires minimal tools and effort.

What was supposed to be a short, relaxing trip early in the season turned into an agonizingly painful experience. Neither of us could make it more than 30 minutes without HAVING to take a break. It was time for a new seat, and I'm soo happy to have found a replacement. First test rides have been promising! Hoping to do more serious riding now.

Both lower front brake line snapped at the 90 on Thursday (the 4th of July). Ordered the replacements on the website that day. Wasn't expecting to get the order until Tuesday or Wednesday, packing was on my porch on Saturday. Highly impressed and appreciated.

Ordered LA Choppers Apes for a FLHRCI, received them in 2 days, excellent service. Opened product and they were wrapped as new, but when removing the foam, looked as if they were already mounted on a bike. Contacted customer service, sent pictures and without hesitation, they offered to replace or refund. I spent over an hour polishing what I had, and decided to keep them, because I already had my bike torn apart. Excellent service from Grace@ J&P, sub par chrome from LA Choppers.

Tuner was great easy to use love the look of the filter but the hardware was kinda Shakey I had to drill out the hole bigger on the plate cause the bolts didn't quite line up with everything else and idk if I was supposed to get the aluminum billet spacer but it wasn't there every video I seen had one with it.

I ordered a front and rear set of brake pads for my 06 harley davidson street glide when my package arrived it on had one set so I phoned them they investigated and said that it was suppose to one or the other the photo shows all the pads I need and it didn't ask me if I wanted front or rear pads... jp Cycles won't send me what's missing and tried to get me to pay to get the rest of my pads.I told them no and am returning them that was false advertisement.

Running these tires on a HD Road Glide, both front and rear. Great tires. Shipping was fast. No issues what so ever. They are my go to location for getting certain things I need fast.
Never had a problem with what I need and getting it quickly.
They are better than other tires that people like going with.
Thw website said the air filter would fit but did not. There is only 1 picture so I could not verify it was the correct one so I trusted that it was correct and ordered it. Now I have to spend another $10 just to $#*! it back👎
Very Good As Usual got the order in a timely fashion, but no installation instructions. Yes I have the manuals for my machine but this is not covered and U Tube don't cover this modification.

I ordered a front and rear tire. Order was easy and came in correct. One tire came in the day before the other but I still had both tires within 3 days of ordering them.
Experience was fine EXCEPT that no instructions were included in the box. Responding to review requests is a waste of time I'd rather spend on other things - like riding or wrenching on my bikes.
Delt with them before with no complaints.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
