Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I have always been happy with the pricing and service that I have received when buying motorcycle tires. Would highly recommend J&P.

The shipping box looked like it sat in the rain, the top was completely crushed in it kinda looked like it got tossed around or someone was playing catch with it and kept dropping it. And the Kenwood box inside the shipping box was also crushed alone top. The starafom inside seemed to be intact so I'm hoping I don't have any issues with this product. (Being as it is a 4hr project to install on a motorcycle)
I have used J&P alot over the 19 yrs and they had always been stand up people and stood behind what they sell.
I would recommend them to any one any time.
I was thinking about putting a Rockford Fosgate system on my new Road Glide but got to looking into what some other were saying about them so I started looking for other sound systems, soundzz,pioneer, I chose Kenwood 1 seemed like it and some of the best reviews, it was motorcycle rated, and price, it has to take the vibration of being on a motorcycle and it has to be able to still work when riding in the rain.
This is my first time using this site but everything went well, easy to navigate and we received the tire in a timely fashion.

Called after delay in getting battery shipped. Attempted to canceled order for "taking too long to ship ", but was unable to even though it had not been shipped. Jp spent money to ship and spent money to have me ship back, along with hassle to return to UPS. Look for way to stop an order that has not shipped. Cost savings.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
