Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I installed the shifter shaft cap after removing the heel shifter. The set screw wouldn't go all the way to make contact. It is secure, but wobbles.
Better products then Amazon.
To cover my shaft
Tire was punctured and also needed brakes for my Harley. Ordered a tire and brakes. Ordered on Friday. Brakes arrived on Monday and tire arrived on Tuesday.
Had what I needed and heard super fast shipping.
Very easy to place my order. When I received the trailer hitch for my 2012 Harley TRIGLIDE I installed the product. What I found was the hitch sits very low and drags on the least incline (pulling into my drive way). Also my trailer sits with sever angle down. I attempted to find part to raise the ball but could not find. Called manufacturer listed on the hitch and ordered a part that hopefully will raise the hitch ball. Cost me additional $30.00. Arrives tomorrow….hope it works. By the way manufacturer listed on the box is different than the manufacturer printed on the hitch. Not a satisfied customer. Have not contacted customer service….YET.

As always, J&P delivers. USPS however stalled for a couple weeks at one location. I contacted J&P Cycles. They initiated an investigation, and viola, my parts began moving through the USPS system again.

On line shopping on a smartphone can be a little trying but i did find the brake master cylinder kit, It was on an aftermarket set up for my O2 Harley, so it was a tough one, but you guys had it. I have been shopping for this for quite some time and found it on your site so far it looks like perfect! Thank goodness!

Overall price was very competitive for the drag air filter. Shipping is a bit high but understand everything has gone up significantly since covid.
I looked up the parts I wanted and they had them in stock, so I ordered them. They shiped them out and I received them. It was great.

Ordered both brake and clutch master cylinder covers. Received shipped confirmation the following day on brake cover but nothing about clutch cover. Reached out to J&P customer Service via e-mail and received an immediate response. They checked my order, and it was shipped the next day. Followed up a week later to ensure my order was received and to ask if I was satisfied. Can't ask for anything more.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
