Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
No issues, easy to pay, free shipping. My go to place for all my Harley Parts.

First time buyer. Only thing i forgot about the exchange rate since i ordered from Canada. A 74.$ pièce cost me total 200$ canadian. Won't be ordering anything else. Sorry.
I recently purchased a saddlemen seat for my CBR1000rr. The seat did don't initially fit so I contacted customer service to address. The rep was extremely polite and very helpful. After speaking with her, I decided to give it one more shot and " bam", it worked and seat was installed.

Was looking for a set of risers for my wife's bike, these were perfect.
I've been parts shopping with J&P for a number of years and have always found the products to be good and the service excellent.
I was a gold card member but when I went to renew it this year there was a $60 shipping fee. I live in Australia 🇦🇺 so the $60 was added automatically. When I contacted customer service I was told that overseas memberships are no longer offered. A bit disappointing when you sell and ship overseas I thought.

Hogworks backrest works great, easy on and off. Only issue. No instructions. Installed pad backwards on backrest bar. Had to reinstall. Just a picture would have helped. Backrest was half the price of harley backrest and quality was very good.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
