Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Found the product I was looking for, shipping was extremely fast.

Paid additional 2nd day shipping only to find out I'd have to wait as long as 5-7 days to ship before waiting another 2 days. Not a big deal but would have saved the additional cost knowing it would take that long.
Packaging just crying out for being damaged. Hardly any packing to cushion the items in a box with so much room inside.

Web store a bit difficult to navigate. Online parts say "ships in 24 hours". It took over two weeks to get everything. Nothing was in stock as described in the website.

Most of the time I get what I need after a few days shipping. I've been generally happy with J&P sales and services the products have always been great. But IAC valves in my 06 Dyna seem to die I also ordered a new engine temp sensor we'll see if that clears up the IAC issues.
Won't wait for local dealers to take weeks to order my parts.
Because my IAC took a dump after 2 years ago now I'm going for drag specialty instead of OEM.

I had ordered a specific part and a different one from what was ordered was sent. Reordered the right one the next day, and have to return the wrong one. But the other parts ordered fit and look great!
It was good, called to let them know that my email stated a different part than from I ordered and they got another one out right away, to help me out.. and also submitted a Return order for me to print, to send the wrong part back to them..

Previously excellent service and quality parts. I used the aftermarket cylinder gasket kit, for replacing the rear cylinder blown head gasket, it works great 👍🏻👍🏻

The only thing that I messed up on was the Promo Code. I didn't see that only after I had placed the gasket kit order. But I am glad to find the right stuff online.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
