Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Always good! Please send me a catalog! That's my only complaint. It's so hard to get one!

Tested and true every time
I ordered an ignition switch, and a rear fender light lense/light. The led light and smoked lense fit better than any I have purchased, the ignition switch fit perfect and seems to be great quality. The site is easy to maneuver, shipping is quick.

I chose the ignition switch for the price and quality. I chose the fender light and cover because all the others I have tried did not fit well.
My order shipped in 2 separate shipments. The second shipment ( spark plugs) arrived via USPS in an envelope. The boxes for the items were crushed. I was worried the items may be damaged. I would urge UPS next time in a box!
Price, choice and availability.
Ordered a Givi windscreen, received it, opened the box and the corner was broken. Made contact with Customer Service, hassle free return and replacement. New windscreen arrived in like three day. Thank You

Only reason I did not give five stars is because the Saddleman Solo Seat barely lined up with the hole in my fender. Its a stock fender, so it should have lined up. But the seat is really comfy and looks great. Not J&P's fault at all. I will either make a new bracket or search for one.

I knew what helmet I wanted. But as I started my search at my usual retailer, I found out that the distributor was no longer providing the brand to the North American market. Some sellers still had limited sizes and colors in stock. I found a color I could live with in my size at J&P. This newest version was significantly nicer than my ten year old copy. And not much more costly at a closeout price. Score!

J&P Cycles always has exactly what I need when I can't find it on other sites super happy with quality and availability, it wasn't on my doorstep the second I hit the button to buy it but it did come in a timely fashion of two days.

Need a new helmet and needed a way to protect the lining of the helmet.
I signed up, suppose to get discount, then it would not let me use it.
I need to cancel the order shortly after placing the order, but was told by customer service that I had to wait to receive the order and then return. What a hassle, the order was not even processed for shipping.
What a pain to have to wait for the product and then go through the hassle of the return. When I should have been able to just cancel the order.

The one time I took my 94 FXR Police to a trusted mechanic, (he was doing a rewiring job, as the old wiring degraded because my old PD mechanics, unbeknownst to me, didnt carefully remove the sirens and lights correctly and it really caused some electrical gremlins).
While working on the main harness. He was apparently cutting some old wires. The knife slipped and he sliced off a piece of the hood for the speedometer. His fix was to cut it off completely and make the other gauge match.
I respect his knowledge and skill. But I only go to him now if its an emergency. As after that I feel like the laziness and refusal to replace because of how hard to get/ find the part was off putting. So now i try to do any work myself.
I couldn't find these anywhere else that wasnt part of the WHOLE instrument cluster which werent even the right cluster for my Police Model.
Any standalone pieces were going for $20-$30 each. So I am very happy with the quality and fact these were very inexpensive.

I ordered the part that I needed for my 2020 Honda Gold Wing and received it sooner than I expected.

Was not happy when my bars came and it wasn't just oil but caked on nastiness. Also rust inside the bars. Wasn't satisfied as my buddy got the same bars and came real clean with no gunk or rust. And was told " sorry, just clean them, sorry for the inconvenience ".

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
This can be the downside of getting orders processed and shipped quickly. Unfortunately when trying to process orders quickly and using automated systems the window to cancel or modify can be narrow. We do apologize for your frustration.
