Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
No issues out of yall but fedex dropped the ball on delivery i had payed extra for and yall refunded me quickly without hassle. So great job on that.

First website I saw but was easy to get what I wanted the tires I bought looked similar to the ones I had

These Twins Power Cones were bought to go in one of the pipes that the baffle flew out of. Think these cones are going to work perfect & cut down some of the rumble of the Harley.
We have bought from J&P Cycles before & have always been happy with their service.
We were looking for something to replace a baffle that came out of one of our pipes. A friend told us about these cones & told us we should try these. They also said it would cut down on the rumble of the bike, while we were riding.
The parts u list or show online need better descriptions so u don't order the wrong part like I did

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
