Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I can always find what I'm looking for and as soon as order it I get it in a timely manner!
Back in 2021 when I got my first bike and i was lookin for parts J&P showed up and I've shopping for what I need there.
They were exactly what I was needing!
It was easy to use, shipping was on time, only thing is description on site didn't match the label on product not sure if it's the years that are covered and covers multiple years
Couldn’t find my order unless I checked out as a logged in member, sent email describing the part did not fit my bike web page showed the years covering but when I saw the package it was limited to a 4 year span, so not sure if that’s why the part didn’t fit. Waiting on response for next steps to return part

The site was easy to navigate. Found what I needed, filled out every thing and finalized the order. At this point I noticed my phone auto fill a old address in the ship to field. I left message with customer service with what happened and the correct address. It was resolved by end of day and I received everything on schedule. Greatly appreciate it.

Best price on the specific white wall tire I was looking for. Was also able to get it mounted for super cheap at my local Cycle Gear as it is affiliated with J&P. Saved a massive amount of money in comparison to what the local bike shops would have charged.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
