Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

My disappointment is the $10 charge for returns. It wasn't your fault I know but that was quite a cost. Anyway I was able to give the air filter a home. I have been unable to replace my 3 inch high filter with an alternative and modified this one to work. Thank you, as I said I don't feel it was your fault.I

Really satisfied with the stand, but I wish I knew about the duty fee! If I knew about that I would have bought elsewhere. $59.44 I had to pay to receive my package on top of the price of the stand and shipping! So not sure of buying here again.

This particular seat or saddle, is extremely sturdy and installs easily. I am a heavyweight and the seat is comfortable. It is extremely well made and should last a very long time

I ordered a tire on a friday afternoon in the hopes i would receive it by tuesday but i had to do an online chat on tuesday to see that it had just shipped so on the following thursday almost a week after i placed my order i got my tire. So this purchase i am highly disappointed in the time it took to process.
I forget who i chatted with but the chat took minutes to see that my purchase was set for a delivery label.
The price was the cheapest outside of my other quotes.

My shopping experience was very good. I have a 06 sportster that I'm making into a stunt bike and I found J&P had basically all the stuff i needed besides the 14in progressive shocks. The only problem was I ordered the smooth biltwell bars instead of the notched ones so hopefully when those get returned I can order the correct ones.
I was trying to figure out when my handle bars would ship because all my other products shipped and the bars didn’t so I asked them and they said it takes a little longer because they don’t have them in stock at their warehouse so they have to have the seller ship them to them so they can ship them to me.
Because their prices matched with everyone else’s if not a little cheap for some products. Very easy to work with customer service was great and knew what they were talking about. They also had just about everything I was looking for.
Because I know progressive is a very well known company when it comes to suspension for Harley’s and a lot of people like them. The odi grips is because I run those on my dirt bike and love them I don’t think I’d ever switch. Drag specialities because their cheap and their products is always good. Biltwell because I never tried them and wouldn’t mind trying something new.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
