Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Excellent products and prices. No issues. J&P Cycles always comes through.
I ordered brake pads for my bike and I received them in 2 days. Shipping was quick and the price wasn't bad.
They are a company I trust and the price was cheaper than other other places
Good reviews and the price
Good quality, no half sizes available and going up one size really doesn't work for me. I would recommend shopping in person if that option is a possibility.
I like shopping online, this seemed to have what I was looking for even after reading the reviews I gave it a try. Lesson learned.
The product looked like what I needed.
The staff is great and friendly but make sure you check for proper fitment yourself. Last two purchases they assured me items they ordered for me would fit. Had to return both items as they were incorrect. Always been a great store otherwise.
Understanding and helpful
Great customer service and convenience.
Needed replacement.
Quick and easy. The item arrived on time and in good condition.
Parts we always need more. They have them. I build choppers so more parts please. And trial and error means more. Got any stickers?
It has been awhile since I have bought anything from J&P. But their web site and easy to navigate. I am glad to do business with them and will return.
Did business with them since the early day's.
They had what I wanted.
Works as described. Quick delivery. Would have been nice to get the locking tab and screws for the price of the gear but whatever.
Years and Years of good service

Perfect, will hold a light change of clothes for the wife and I. Has a zipper pocket on each side for personals, and a elastic pocket on them that will hold a 20 Oz bottle. Easy to remove and has handle.

Actually been looking for something like this
Ordered a few parts to do a cam chain tensioner change, oil pump o-rings, and adjustable pushrods. Haven't installed yet but parts were easy to find and fast shipping.
Comparing prices
Needed for a repair
The only negative is the offer of discounts and then not being able to apply them for one reason or another, promo code and military discounts would not work. If they wont allow them to be applied, dont offer them
Wanted to order them today, looked at e bay and amazon and they were about the same price but I was hoping to use the military/first responder discount, but...
Seemed like they were what I wanted, The sock is for my veteran air cleaner I bought from your company, NAVY VO2
I ordered an O-ring kit for the banjo fitting on my Road King and they shipped it in a huge box. I'm not complaining but it just as easily been shipped in an envelope.
J&P cycles always seems to have what I am looking for.
I chose the product because it is what I needed.
Just paid double what the part cost in shipping. Happy with the part, thought the shipping cost was excessive.
Been using them 20+ years
Needed to put two brake lines together.
I got my tail light nice and fast. Package wasn't damaged and the light is working better than expected. It's brighter then I thought. I'm very happy.

Online Superstore for motorcycle parts for Harley, GoldWing, V-Twin, & Metric bikes.
John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
