Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
My brother likes to give me gift cards to J&P, but I shop and look for whatever I need regardless of a birthday or any other day. Good selection, they ship quick, never had an issue and continue to get what I need from good brands.
This time, because of a birthday gift card. I check Dennis Kirk and J&P whenever I need something, I’ve had nothing but good experiences and continue to have good experiences with this store.

I purchased the upper motor mount for an '84 Ironhead with key ignition hole and coil relocate. My only complaint is The keyhole is perfectly round so the key tumbler can rotate inside of it other than that it was good quality solid construction with a chrome finish

Not necessarily J&P's fault. Shipping notifications kept changing on a rushed order needed for a trip, then part broke FOUR MILES INTO TRIP!
Had to go in my truck. If you're an actual rider, you can imagine how frustrating that was for me! Manufacturer gets blame on $#*!ty part, shipper gets blame for stressful updates suggesting part wouldn't arrive on time, but J&P ultimately never responded to my inquiries about the shipping issues, and sold me the part in the first place.

The cover itself isn't bad it has mo= to do with the size of it, it was purchased to cover a sportster and doesn't fit even though it was listed as the correct cover for the bike

I ordered a paper valve cover gasket with silicone and it was folded in half in a small plastic envelope I was able to flatten it out in a book but wish it wasn't shipped that way

Bought a Schuberth C5 without being able to test one, other than a friend's. I have a "long-oval" head shape. The stock XL fit pretty well, but was just a bit tight on forehead and also on cheeks. Ordered the oval interior pads, and voila, now it fits perfect! Slightly thinner pads on cheeks, and also on the forhead make it perfect. Very happy!

I ordered a seat from jpcycles cost around $800. The seat came damaged and i have returned the product. My complaint is I have yet to receive my money back so I can get a new seat. Thank you

I ordered a license plate relocation kit for my 09 road king. I found the product on the site really easy. It was delivered within a week with no hassle.
I buy from J&P often for most of my aftermarket stuff.
After my wreck, my stock license plate frame was bent and looked janky. Relocating the plate helped the plate hug the fender and looked nicer all around

My only issue with the product was that the terminal on my rectifier was kind of cheap n thin... but the product was correct for my bike and works for far... time will tell with the terminal

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
