Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Called to speak with someone as I couldn't find the right kit for my motorcycle on the website. The rep (unfortunately I forget his name) was very friendly and helpful. I told him what I had and what I was looking for, he found it and set up my order within minutes. I
Shopping online looking for an upper chrome belt guard for my 09 Harley Rocker C, I came across (order) # ******* it stated WOULD NOT FIT I knew it would from all the research I've done. I received it today and installed it immediately. Love the final touch. 👍🏼

I reorder my extension for my handlebars and they still got it wrong after having to return brake and clutch lines and I was told at first I needed extension and I ordered it it was wrong called back to tell them it was wrong one's then told me I didn't need them get the handlebars in to find out I do then reorder it sent me an email then find out those are wrong SIGN--TOTALY PISS OFF

I actually have a problem, but the new taillight fits great. My problem is, we couldn't get the brake light to work. Any ideas would be great, remember you had changed over all the lights to LED. The old led bulb the little locking nubs were broken off we got another bulb from Napa here but it lights up all the LEDs and the brake light doesn't work when you apply it. Thanks

When I placed my order, each item was listed as shipping within 24 hours. That was one of the deciding factors on choosing to shop at j&p. Part of the order shipped in a timely manner, the rest took over a week from the order date.
When I inquired about the order I was first told by a resident customer service associate that the items were preparing to ship. When I inquired again, two days after that, I was told the items needed to be sourced from a different supplier. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was unable to be canceled and that I had to wait to get the order, whenever it might show up. As an apology, I was supposedly given store credit but the only record of that is in the chat transcript as I was informed it won't show up in my account. I have no faith that it will be there should I choose to order again. Nothing about this experience inspires confidence for future orders going well.
See above. The customer service person was friendly and seemed to want to help but in the end was unable to answer my questions.

I quickly found the tire size I was looking for on the website. I placed my order without undue hassle. It arrived a couple of days later, had it installed and I'm back on the road, another satisfied customer!
J&P is my "go to" above all others.
I have had good luck with Shinko tires and the price is phenomenal.
The chat box constantly popping up every time I let the page idle is seriously annoying.the tire arrived way before expected. There was absolutely no notification that my tire was delivered. I have a 150 yard long driveway. I just happened to find my new $230 tire laying on the side of my driveway near the road.not happy about the delivery at all
I order a few things for my husband on this site and we received them in a timely manner. He hasn't complained about the products received so I assume they were what we ordered and what he needed.

I liked the experience the products I purchased I needed but for instance the head pipes it would be nice if some how could have selection of slip on mufflers that work with that particular style would make things simpler for some people.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
