Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I ordered a pair of exhaust pipe baffles for my straight pipes.

I finally found enough info on YouTube to order the light and onc eit arrive it included a very nice installing reference sheet that had all the info I wanted on 1 page. The progressive shocks are top notch and what difference in the ride, quality parts. The quick release by cycle vision for my hd leather bags are very good, now I can take the bags off when I want to.

Needed a handlebar for my T 100 project, JP had an ODI aluminum 1" street tracker that looked really nice. Decent price. Ordered it. 3 days later it was delivered, packaged beautifully. Looked amazing on the bike, has several details that no other bars have. Decent price became a deal! Everyone involved in getting me that bar, very much thank you! I've been ordering parts from J&P for many years now, spent a good deal of $ back in 2001-02 while rebuilding my Shovelhead. Most times when I need a part for the Shovel any place in town has to order it, so it just makes plain sense to order it myself.
It's where I normally go to order parts when I need them. I've been ordering parts form here since the 90' s and have always been pleased with my experiences with J&P.
It's spring time, I rode most of last year without my battery cover after it fell off while out on a ride, it was time for a new one.
Quick and easy. The parts were correct for my application as the website said they would be.

I ordered a Dimmer switch because the one on my bike had gone out, I ordered here first. It took a little longer to get here than anticipated, but customer services contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund for the poor experience, after I decided to just wait, I got the switch, before the week was out, overall very satisfied
Some Items took longer than others because they were sent from different sources but I only had to wait a couple days for the final part.

I have store credit on a returned failed rear wheel rim. Just inspected the bike, front tire had some weather checking in it, was inspectable anyway. So got tire, rim strap & tube. Also figured I'd be replacing my brake pads sometime this summer so got those to try & use up my store credit
Because it is what I got previously. I used to have wish list made up for brakes, tires, filters, etc. but since you changed your site that is no longer. Glad you put back all past orders...makes it easier for me to look up these standard maintenance parts

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
